Abstract

Bei der Herstellung von Kohlenwasserstoffen, insbesondere C2-C4-Olefinen, unter Nutzung einer Verbundanlage (1) mit einem Steam-Cracker (2) und mindestens einem Reaktor (3) zur Umsetzung eines Eduktgemischs, das Wasserdampf und mindestens ein Oxygenat aufweist, werden die jeweiligen Zwischenproduktströme des Steam-Cracker (4) und des Reaktor (5) zumindest teilweise zusammengeführt. Um die Ausbeute an wertvollen Produkten zu erhöhen, wird in dem Reaktor (3) zur Oxygenat-Umsetzung als Katalysator ein formselektives Zeolithmaterial eingesetzt und wenigstens ein Teil der sich nach dem Durchlaufen der Verbundanlage ergebenden Produktströme zu dem Steam-Cracker (2) und/oder dem Reaktor (3) zurückgeführt.
