Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de séchage de produits en vrac dans un silo de séchage (1) au moyen d'un écoulement d'air. L'écoulement d'air évacué (5) qui sort du silo de séchage (1) ou l'air de renvoi sont séchés dans une cellule de séchage (6) qui contient un moyen de séchage ou d'adsorption et sont renvoyés dans le produit en vrac sous la forme d'un écoulement d'air sec (3). Eventuellement, le moyen d'adsorption est régénéré dans la cellule de séchage (6). L'écoulement d'air évacué (5) est apporté dans un canal d'amenée prévu dans la cellule de séchage (6) et relié au moyen d'adsorption, est dévié dans la cellule de séchage (6), est passé à travers le moyen d'adsorption et est ensuite renvoyé encore une fois comme écoulement d'air sec (3) pour être évacué dans un canal d'évacuation dans la direction opposée à la direction d'écoulement dans le canal d'amenée et être amené au silo de séchage (1). La cellule de séchage (6) configurée comme séchoir à roue est mise en rotation pas-à-pas pas ou continue. La cellule de séchage (6) est configurée comme tambour doté d'au moins trois parties (20, 21, 22) qui s'étendent axialement et disposées concentriquement, le moyen d'adsorption étant prévu dans la partie centrale (20) et les deux autres parties (21, 22) situées l'une à l'extérieur et l'autre à l'intérieur sont configurés comme canaux respectivement pour l'écoulement d'air d'évacuation (5) et pour l'écoulement d'air sec (3). Les canaux sont reliés à la partie (20) qui contient le moyen d'adsorption de manière à permettre le passage de l'air.
