Abstract

L'invention concerne un matériau pour sac d'emballage destiné à construire un emballage doté d'une partie poignée de transport qui permet le bobinage et le rembobinage pour une alimentation en continu. Un ruban (3) destiné à porter la poignée est inséré suivant un pas constant dans la ligne médiane longitudinale d'un matériau de base tubulaire (5) en travers du matériau de base. Les deux parties d'extrémité du ruban (3) sont liées par fusion au recto et au verso de feuilles (1,2) de manière à créer des deuxièmes zones de thermoscellage (6,6). Le côté bord supérieur du matériau pour sac est scellé de manière à créer une troisième zone de thermoscellage (8). Le matériau de base (5), sur un emplacement prédéterminé le long du bord latéral opposé du ruban (3) destiné à porter la poignée, est découpé dans sa direction longitudinale. Après avoir placé dans le sac un article à emballer et ouvert la fermeture scellée, sur une zone sans scellement (7), le ruban (3) destiné à porter la poignée est extrait de l'espace interstitiel entre les feuilles (1,2) de façon à former une partie poignée de transport.
