Abstract
La présente invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de restauration de canalisation usagée servant à éliminer une surface intérieure revêtue d'un enduit de goudron de houille sur une canalisation intermédiaire ou grande et une couche de tartre se formant sur la surface intérieure de la canalisation d'eau par la rouille, et à poursuivre de manière continue les procédés de polissage et de peinture à l'aide d'un seul robot de nettoyage de canalisation. L'appareil et le procédé de restauration de canalisation usagée font intervenir : un corps principal présentant plusieurs canalisations de segmentation et un premier élément mobile; des joints permettant de modifier la direction des canalisations de segmentation de façon à plier ces dernières selon la courbe de la canalisation usagée; un moyen de rotation raccordé au centre de l'extrémité de l'un des joints pour modifier une direction; un moyen d'élimination du tartre qui s'étend dans le sens radial du moyen de rotation, qui trace de légères lignes de découpe tout en tournant dans le sens circonférentiel de la canalisation usagée de manière à exfolier le tartre sur la surface intérieure de la canalisation; et un moyen de polissage et un moyen de peinture pour effectuer les traitements ultérieurs après élimination de la couche de tartre.
