Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) zur optischen Messung von Eigenschaften von Transportsystemen (50) in Membranen (40), insbesondere von Carrier- oder Kanalproteinen. Um die Eigenschaften von biologischen Transportermolekülen (50) mit hohem Durchsatz messen zu können, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Vorrichtung (1) eine optische Messeinrichtung (2) und eine Datenverarbeitungseinheit (6) mit einer Prozesssteuerung (7) und einer Datenerfassung aufweist.
