Abstract

La présente invention concerne un accessoire (1) de soutien pour la tête (T) d'un individu (I) allongé, notamment pendant son sommeil, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un socle (2) sensiblement rigide supportant au moins un premier coussin (3) de repos de la tête en position allongée sur le dos et au moins un second coussin (4, 5) de repos de la tête en position allongée sur le côté, ce second coussin étant positionné sur un plateau (8, 9) sensiblement rigide porté par un bras de liaison (6, 7) s'étendant depuis le socle (2) selon un axe perpendiculaire au socle et au plateau (8, 9), le plateau étant monté sur le bras (6, 7) de façon appropriée pour pouvoir pivoter autour de l'axe du bras, ce dernier maintenant un écartement (E, E') entre le plateau (8, 9) et le socle (2) permettant le passage d'un bras (B) de l'individu entre le socle et le plateau lorsque la tête (T) de l'individu est posée sur le second coussin (4, 5) porté par le plateau (8, 9).
