Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for transporting a load between an event surface and a lower surface extending thereunder with a load-receiving table surface whose movements proceed between the event surface and the lower surface along lateral boundaries extending between one in a provided in the event space Opening attachable upper frame and a resting on the lower surface subframe extend.
- Such devices are used, for example, for transporting loads, for example props, but also for transporting people, for example actors, who have to be transported from a subspace located below a stage space to an event space, for example on a stage.
- loads for example props
- people for example actors
- relatively bulky and heavy lifting mechanisms are generally present, which have a displaceable in the vertical direction table.
- the load is turned off on this table.
- this table can be lifted by a resting on the lower surface of the subframe in the direction of a mounted in a hole of the event surface upper frame.
- the lifted load is taken down from the table. and placed at a suitable location for the performance of a stage play.
- an actor engaged in the stage action is also lifted from the lower surface, which is called a lower stage, to the event surface, which is called a scene area.
- the disadvantage of such devices is that in the ltungsflache under the themed evening 'existing space relatively little space is available, to place them in a form suitable for a particular idea location.
- the device is relatively difficult and can be implemented with great difficulty to a particular required location.
- the device which protrudes with its upper part through the existing hole in the stage, must first be lowered so far that it ends within the subspace, so that the entire device including its upper part in the subspace can be moved freely.
- the device must then be moved within the subspace so that it is below another hole in the stage floor that has since been opened.
- the upper part has to be raised again and moved into the newly formed hole.
- precise alignments of the device must take place in relation to the hole opened in the stage floor.
- Object of the present invention is therefore to make the device of the aforementioned type so that it can be easily transported using suitable lifting equipment to a particular desired location of the event space.
- the lateral boundaries of a flexible material are asbil ⁇ det, of which at least two mutually plane-parallel tracks forming a slot in which the movements of the table surface are performed.
- This design of the lateral boundaries of a flexible material the entire device is relatively easy.
- the upper frame and lower frame can be made movable against each other. This allows the entire device to be combined into a unit with comparatively small dimensions, which can be transported and mounted with a manageable effort even in the limited space available under the event space.
- the flexible material chosen for the formation of the boundaries between the lower surface and the surface is clamped so tightly that thereby shaft walls arise in which the table surface is guided in their movements.
- Such a shaft meets safety requirements that are placed on means of transport, with which people can be moved.
- the upper frame can be suspended in the opening and the lower frame is connected to the upper frame via brackets on which the sub-frame is lowered to the lower surface.
- This package can be safely moved around the event space using hoists until it is lowered towards the opening. As a result, the assembly is much easier.
- the upper frame By attaching the upper frame into the opening, the entire package is adjusted in the area of the event area.
- the flexible material of the lateral boundaries struts so that a shaft is formed in which the table can be lowered from the event surface in the direction of the lower surface.
- Strengthening of the flexible material takes place by means of a hand-operated pretensioning device with the aid of which the clamping material to be applied to the flexible material is nisng is dosed.
- a locking device serves to maintain the set tension within the flexible material.
- the lateral boundaries are wound into rotatably mounted coils, which can be unwound when lowering the subframe to a respective shaft-forming path.
- These wraps ensure that the flexible material with the upper frame and the lower frame is an orderly unit that can be easily transported and unfolded to a shaft after hanging the upper frame.
- the shaft forming four boundaries are each wound on winding, which are rotatably mounted in the subframe.
- the webs unfold when lowering the subframe relative to the upper frame. This allows the entire device to be set up quickly and effortlessly.
- the upper frame and the lower frame are connected to each other via the table surface, which hangs on at least one support means on the upper frame and can be unwound for the purpose of lowering by a driven Aufwickler.
- the support means are formed as metal bands, of which each is attached to the upper frame with one end and is connected at its other end to the rotatably mounted on the table surface rewinder.
- These metal bands on the one hand have the desired rigidity for guiding the table surface and on the other hand a relatively high strength. They have a similar expansion behavior with each other within wide limits, so that the table is guided in a consistently horizontal position within the shaft.
- the rewinder and its respective drive is fixed to the table surface.
- the metal bands wrap on their respective rewinder, so that in a synchronization of the rewinder which is guided the table surface when raising and lowering in a horizontal position.
- the boundaries are wound on winding rollers, each of which is provided with a when lowering the subframe exciting drive spring.
- the winding rollers are at a lowered subframe under the tension of the drive spring, which ensures that when lifting the subframe, the boundaries are wound on the winding rollers.
- the boundaries in the lowered state of the subfloor are tensioned and have a table surface in their movements leading rigidity. This gives the entire device in its operating state, a rigidity, so that the table surface is guided safely in the shaft.
- the table surface is guided at the opening in both the upper frame and in the subframe on guides that the La ge the table surface to the upper frame on the one hand and the subframe on the other hand define their respective end positions. Through these guides ends any use of the table surface in the respectively desired level of the event area or the lower surface. This simplifies for the user climbing and leaving the table surface.
- the wound on the winding rollers boundaries are fixed with their fixed ends on the upper frame.
- the winding rollers strut in a downward travel of the subframe, the limitations against their attachment to the upper frame, so that the limits of an upward travel of the subframe are firmly wound on the respective winding rollers.
- Upper frame, table surface and subframe thus form a unit wrapped around the fixed winding rollers.
- the lower frame lowered subframe is connectable to the lower surface and can be decoupled from the table surface.
- the support function of the table surface is terminated and the subframe is firmly connected to the lower surface.
- the boundaries form the shaft bounding the movements of the table surface.
- the table surface is in its respective end positions in the region of the lower frame and the upper frame in a horizontal position. This fixation simplifies the loading and unloading of the table surface.
- the lateral boundaries are made of a rigid flexible material. This not only improves the dimensional stability of the shaft but also promotes the safety of the operation.
- a fabric made of flexible glass fibers can be used. This has a high strength and is flexible enough to be wound up by the winding rollers.
- At least two adjacent boundaries in an adjacent region are connectable to each other.
- each of the boundaries is held at the respective adjacent boundary in a desired position, so that a solid shaft is formed.
- a connection can be achieved by a running between the adjacent boundaries zipper. This results in a close connection between the adjacent boundaries and merges the adjacent edges quickly and cleanly together.
