Definitions
- the present invention relates generally to a vial and more specifically to the present invention relates to a vial, particularly a vial of a beverage bottle, which comprises an object associated with said vial.
- Gift or promotional object An object associated with a product but not part of the primary product itself, intended for marketing purposes.
- Bottle, flask or container used interchangeably to designate a neck and nozzle container for holding a fluid, particularly a liquid for ingestion.
- Lid An object that has the purpose of hermetically isolating the mouthpiece of a bottle from the environment.
- Capsule An object that has the purpose of packing a second object.
- the bottles may have different ornamental shapes, for easy assimilation by the public of the product to be consumed.
- the packaging contains aspects that may appeal to this specific audience, such as labels containing children's characters and particular ornamental shapes.
- packaging is known to contain associated "gifts", such as toys, with which children can assemble and interact.
- these gifts may come disassembled and contained within plastic capsules. This is the case, for example, with egg-shaped chocolates and powdered foods such as chocolate, milk flour and modified milks.
- plastic capsules are very successful with the child audience because the "surprise element", not only in relation to the object that may be contained within the plastic capsule, but also the mounting of this object, seems to be quite attractive to this child. public in particular.
- the toast or plastic capsule containing the toast may be contained within the product packaging when packaged in jars, cans, plastic or cardboard boxes.
- the gift may come packaged within the product itself, such as egg-shaped chocolates.
- the gift or capsule that surrounds it must come detached from the package. In other words, it cannot be packaged inside the product because, as a liquid product, the toast would get wet and there would be a possibility of product contamination, not to mention the difficulty in removing the toast or capsule from the bottle.
- the surprise element of the gift can be lost, given that this gift can be on display, a fact that leads to a lower interest of the child audience for the product or for the freebie, so that marketing actions aimed at sales promotion and leverage do not have the expected return.
- the present invention constitutes a bottle for packaging a product, said bottle consisting of hollow body and a mouthpiece, characterized in that said bottle comprises at least one recess in said one. body, recess is intended to accommodate at least partially an object.

- Bottle 10 may be any bottle for packaging a product, such as a bottle for holding a fluid, particularly a beverage.
- the vial (10) may take different shapes.
- the vial (10) is a cylindrical body bottle comprising a nozzle (13) and a cap (14).
- the cap 14 may be hermetically secured to the mouthpiece 13 by suitable means, such as by screwing or snapping, to insulate the contents of the vial 10 from the environment and to prevent leakage.

- the means employed for closing is a thread.
- the vial body (10) is preferably hollow to allow a fluid to be contained therein, as mentioned above and, according to the present invention, must comprise at least one recess (15) in said body, which recess is intended for at least partially accommodate an object (20).
- Said object (20) can be any object to be associated with to the vial (10).
- object 20 is a capsule that can be opened to allow access to its interior which in turn contains a second object 30 such as a gift.
- the toast 30 itself may be directly contained in the recess 15, provided that it is of a suitable shape to be accommodated in said recess.

- the object 20, as mentioned, is preferably a capsule so that a second object 30 may be accommodated within it so that this second object 30 cannot be easily viewed.
- the object (20) should preferably be fixed to the vial (10) of the present invention so as not to be lost during handling or transportation of the latter. Fixation may be by any suitable means.
- the attachment of the object (20) is by locking.

- the object (20) does not fit or is not fixed by interference with the recess (15), but is only accommodated in the recess, so that it is fixed by an external element, such as a film. heat shrinkable polymer.
- the polymeric film only surrounds the region in which the object 20 is located, in the form of a tape, for example.
- a heat shrinkable polymeric film (17) as shown in FIG. all over the bottle in order to ensure that the object (20) is not easily removed from the vial (10), a heat shrinkable polymeric film (17) as shown in FIG. all over the bottle.
- the use of the heat-shrinkable polymeric film may be envisaged both in the embodiment in which the object 20 is snapped in and in the embodiment in which the object 20 is fixed by interference or merely accommodated in the recess.
- the heat-shrinkable polymeric film (17) may be encased throughout the vial to prevent easy removal of the associated object (20) and, concomitantly, as a tamper evident seal for the vial (10).

This prevents the toast (30) from being lost while handling or transporting the vial (10).
- the toast (30) is integrated with the vial (10), it can be directly associated with the production line. Not only that the fact that the bottle (10) is associated with an object (20) into which a gift can be inserted (30) can be viewed positively by the consumer, as the consumer can store the beverage for later consumption by removing only the freebie (30).
