Abstract

L'invention concerne une semelle de chaussure (7) comprenant une semelle intercalaire (1) et une semaine extérieure (3) constituée d'éléments extérieurs discrets. La semelle intercalaire (1) présente, du côté opposé à la semelle extérieure, plusieurs rainures souples (27, 29, 34, 51, 53, 55, 57, 63) se croisant et créant des zones rembourrées (26, 28, 30, 33, 35, 50, 52, 54, 56) dans la semelle intercalaire. Une rainure souple incurvée (63) située sur le devant du pied s'étend depuis le côté médial (21) de la voûte plantaire (48), emprunte sensiblement une trajectoire suivant un ou plusieurs os cunéiformes (72, 73, 74), continue entre la troisième (83) et la quatrième (82) phalanges métatarsiennes, passe la troisième phalange proximale (77), et continue entre la première (85) et la seconde (84) phalanges métatarsiennes en direction du talon. À la fois les éléments extérieurs et les zones rembourrées sont agencés pour suivre une courbe essentiellement spiralée (64) autour de la rainure souple incurvée située sur l'avant du pied. La semelle selon l'invention permet de réduire les risques de blessures pendant la course, et offre au pied de meilleures possibilités de compensation pour corriger les déséquilibres se produisant en particulier après l'attaque du talon.
