Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé d'emballage d'articles en petits morceaux, en particulier de pralines ou de caramels avec enrobage de chocolat, ou de confiseries sensibles en marche continue, ainsi que sur une machine à emballer pour ce procédé. Le procédé se caractérise par une variabilité particulière de l'orientation des articles et du mode d'emballage, sur la base de la définition d'un axe central et de l'affectation modulaire de dispositifs d'emballage portant les articles, la machine à emballer ayant une conception correspondante. L'invention porte aussi sur un nouveau procédé de pliage, en liaison avec une tête de pliage correspondante, pour exécuter des pliages de sachets en marche continue, sur un nouveau dispositif de prélèvement pour systèmes d'amenée de disques dans des machines à emballer de ce type, ainsi que sur une nouvelle tête tournante, avec oscillation variable de la griffe rotative. L'invention peut être utilisée dans la construction de machines à emballer haute performance.
