Abstract

Polysilazane enthaltende Beschichtungen zur Erhöhung der Lichtdurchlässigkeit bei sonnenseitigen Abdeckungen von Solarzellen. Beschichtung für Oberflächen, enthaltend mindestens ein Polysilazan der Formel (1) -(SiRR'R"-NR"'1)n- (1), wobei R',R",R'"gleich oder unterschiedlich sind und unabhängig voneinander für Wasserstoff oder einen gegebenenfalls substituierten Alky-, Aryl-, Vinyl- oder (Trialkoxysilyl)alkyl-Rest stehen. Wobei es sich bei n um eine ganze Zahl handelt und n so bemessen ist, dass das Perhydropolysilazan ein zahlenmittleres Molekulargewicht von 150 bis 150.000 g/mol aufweist, ein Lösemittel und einen Katalysator. Die gehärtete Beschichtung weist eine Dicke von mindestens 0,05-10 Mikrometer, bevorzugt 0,2 bis 5 Mikrometer, besonders bevorzugt 0,5 bis 1,5 Mikrometer auf. Sie ist insbesondere geeignet als transmissionsfördernde Beschichtung für den Einsatz in sonnenseitigen Solarzellabdeckungen.
