Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Steuerung eines Motors (2), insbesondere zum Öffnen und Schließen einer Tür, bei dem der Motor (2) mittels eines pulsweitenmodulierten Schaltsignals (PWM), das in eine vorgebbare Anzahl von pulsweitenmodulierten Steuersignale (PWM1, PWM2) zur Ansteuerung einer Brückenschaltung (4) auf eine entsprechende Anzahl von Funktionskanälen (F1, F2) aufgeteilt wird, gesteuert wird. Erfindungsgemäß werden die Funktionskanäle (F1, F2) unabhängig voneinander mittels mindestens eines oder mehrerer Abschaltsignale (AS1, AS2) auf mindestens einem einer der Anzahl der Funktionskanäle (F1, F2) entsprechenden Anzahl von voneinander unabhängigen Schaltkanälen (26.1, 26.2) abgeschaltet.
