Abstract
본 발명은 무단 변속기에 관한 것으로서, 경사된 회전축을 갖는 동력전달체의 반경방향 위치를 제어하여 변속하는 마찰전동방식(traction drive type)의 무단 변속기를 게시한다. 무단변속기가 설치되는 프레임에 대해 회전 가능하게 장착된 회전구동부재와, 회전구동부재에 대해 회전 가능하게 그리고 동축적으로 장착된 회전피동부재와, 회전구동부재 및 회전피동부재와 마찰결합하여 회전구동부재의 회전력을 회전피동부재로 전달하며, 반경방향으로 병진 가능하게 설치되는 다수의 동력전달조립체와, 다수의 동력전달조립체를 방사상으로 배치하여 지지하고, 회전구동부재와 동축적으로 장착되고 프레임에 대해 회전 불가능하게 장착된 지지부재로 구성되고, 동력전달조립체들의 반경방향 위치를 제어하여 변속한다. 입력 속도대 출력 속도비의 범위가 제한되지 않고, 구성이 단순하여 부품 수가 적고, 크기가 작고 가벼워 제조비용을 줄일 수 있다.
