また、上記テープタイプのものについても、主として、両面接着テープで瞼の皮膚同士を接着させることにより二重瞼の襞を形成するものと、瞼の皮膚上に該瞼の皮膚よりも硬質なテープを貼付して、瞼を開いた際に該テープの上縁に沿った皮膚の折り目を形成することにより、二重瞼の襞を形成するものとに分類することができる。
そこで出願人は、かかる問題点を解決するために、特許文献7において従来のものとは全く異なるタイプの二重瞼形成用具を提案した。この二重瞼形成用具は、樹脂製のテープ又は糸の弾性収縮力を利用して、瞼の皮膚と共にその皮膚直下の組織を収縮変形させ、該瞼の皮膚に該テープ又は糸をくい込ませて該テープ又は糸に沿ったくびれ部を形成することにより、瞼を開いた際に、該くびれ部で自然に瞼の皮膚が折り返されて二重瞼の襞が形成するものであり、その結果、従来のものと比較して、より自然な二重瞼を使用者に不快感や違和感を与えることなく形成することを可能とした。
ただし、この二重瞼形成用具を使用するにあたっては、当該二重瞼形成用具の両端をそれぞれ両手の指先で摘むと共に、それを伸ばした状態で瞼の皮膚上に貼着させ、その後、両端の余剰部分を切断するという一連の操作が必要であるため、不慣れな利用者にとっては多少扱い難い場合がある等、更なる改善の余地が残されていた。
該繊維状物質の収縮により、上記被膜が瞼の皮膚に密着した状態で収縮するように構成されていることを特徴としている。
また、上記基材物質が、上記繊維状物質のみから成っていることが望ましいが、このとき、好ましくは、該二重瞼形成用溶液全体に占める上記繊維状物質の含有率が、5重量%以上25重量%以下である。
そして、上記繊維状物質は、好ましくは、セルロース又はその誘導体であり、より好ましくは、セルロースエステルであり、更に好ましくは、ニトロセルロース(硝化綿)である。
なお、上記溶媒は、体温にて気化するものであることが望ましく、具体的には、エタノール及び酢酸エチルの中から選択される一種、又はそれらの混合物であることが望ましい。
このように、上記基材物質の被膜の収縮作用により、該被膜の被着部分にくびれ部が形成されるため、収縮後の該被膜の略全体が上記くびれ部内に配されて、使用状態が外観上目立ち難い。しかも、瞼を開いた際に、上記くびれ部で自然に瞼の皮膚が折り返されて二重瞼の襞が形成されるため、使用者に対し不快感や違和感を与えることもない。
したがって、本発明によれば、使用者に対して不快感や違和感を与えることなく、自然で理想的な二重瞼を極めて容易に形成することが可能となる。
なお、繊維状物質は他の化粧料との親和性にも優れているため、上記被膜の被着部分においても化粧乗りが良い。
本発明に係る二重瞼形成用溶液は、二重にしたい上瞼の皮膚上に、その瞼縁に沿って塗布することにより、二重瞼の襞を形成するためのもので、主として、揮発性の溶媒と、該溶媒中に溶解されていて、該溶媒の気化に伴い瞼の皮膚に密着した被膜を形成して二重瞼の襞の形成に寄与する基材物質とを含んで成っている。そして、該基材物質は、主として、上記溶媒の気化に伴い収縮性を示す繊維状物質を含んで成っている。
そのため、上記溶媒の気化に伴う上記繊維状物質の収縮により、上記基材物質から成る被膜全体が、瞼の皮膚に密着した状態で収縮し、該被膜の収縮作用により、瞼の皮膚上における該被膜の被着部分に凹状のくびれ部が形成される。その結果、瞼を開いた際に、上記くびれ部において瞼の皮膚が自然に折り返されて、二重瞼の襞が形成される。そのとき、収縮後の上記被膜は、主として収縮状態の繊維状物質から成っているため、弾性的な伸縮性や柔軟性を有しており、よって、瞼の皮膚の動きや伸縮に対する適応性にも優れている。
また、使用者にベタ付き感等の不快感を与えることなく、自然で理想的な二重瞼を形成するために、収縮後の上記被膜は、原則的に非粘着性且つ非接着性であることが望ましく、よって、上記二重瞼形成用溶液には、原則的に粘着成分や接着成分が含まれていないことが望ましい。
ただし、上記繊維状物質は、上記セルロースに特に限定されるものではなく、肌に直接適用することができ、且つ、溶媒に対して可溶性を有していて、該溶媒の気化に伴って収縮性を示すものであれば良く、また、これらの条件を満たす複数種類の繊維状物質の組合せであっても良い。
ただし、上記溶媒は、上記具体例に限定されるものではなく、揮発性を有していて、肌に直接適用することができ、且つ、上記繊維状物質を溶解させることができるものであれば良い。ただし、溶液を瞼の皮膚に塗布した際に気化がより促進されるよう、常温又は体温において揮発性を有するものであることが望ましい。
なお、ここでは、溶媒であるエタノール85重量%に対し、可溶性基材物質として繊維状物質である硝化綿15重量%のみを溶解させて成る二重瞼形成用溶液1を使用した。
ただし、当該溶液1を収容する容器2の形態や、それを塗布する塗布手段3aの形態は、これらに限定されるものではない。例えば、容器2全体がペンタイプのもの等であっても良いし、上記塗布手段3aがヘラ状やスポンジ状のもの等であっても良い。
そして、次に、図3に示すように、容器2からキャップ3を外し、上記溶液1を染み込ませた該キャップ3の刷毛3aで、上記仮想ラインl上を連続的に軽くなぞることにより、該溶液1を、瞼5の皮膚5aに対し、瞼縁に沿った連続的な曲線状に薄く塗布する。
また、二重瞼の襞5dの形成に寄与する基材物質として繊維状物質のみを含む被膜1aは、非粘着性で、その弾性的な伸縮性が阻害される成分を含んでおらず、しかも柔軟性を有していることから、瞼5の皮膚5aの動きや伸縮に対する適応性にも極めて優れている。そのため、使用者に対してべた付き感や引きつり感等の不快感や違和感を与えることなく、自然で持続性にも優れた理想的な二重瞼を極めて容易に形成することが可能となる。
また、上記二重瞼形成用溶液1を使用して二重瞼を形成するにあたっては、従来の二重瞼形成用化粧料を使用して二重瞼の襞を形成する際に必要とされていたスティックを、基本的には必要としないが、二重瞼の襞をより美しく整えるため該スティックを使用することを妨げるものではない。
更に、繊維状物質は、他の化粧料との親和性にも優れているため、上記被膜1aの被着部分においても化粧乗りも良い。よって、二重瞼形成後、必要に応じて該瞼5に対し、ファンデーションやアイシャドー等を使用して化粧を施すことも可能である。

Claims (12)
- 瞼の皮膚に塗布して二重瞼を形成するための二重瞼形成用溶液であって、
揮発性を有する溶媒と、該溶媒中に溶解されていて、該溶媒の気化に伴い瞼の皮膚に密着した被膜を形成する基材物質とを含んで成り、
該可溶性基材物質が、上記溶媒の気化に伴い収縮する繊維状物質を含んでいて、
該繊維状物質の収縮により、上記被膜が瞼の皮膚に密着した状態で収縮するように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする二重瞼形成用溶液。 - 瞼の皮膚上における上記被膜の収縮率が10%以上15%以下である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二重瞼形成用溶液。 - 収縮後の上記被膜が弾性的な伸縮性を有している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の二重瞼形成用溶液。 - 収縮後の上記被膜が非粘着性且つ非接着性である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の二重瞼形成用溶液。 - 上記基材物質が、上記繊維状物質のみから成っている
ことを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れかに記載の二重瞼形成用溶液。 - 上記繊維状物質の含有率が、5重量%以上25重量%以下である、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二重瞼形成用溶液。 - 上記繊維状物質が、セルロース又はその誘導体である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1~6の何れかに記載の二重瞼形成用溶液。 - 上記繊維状物質が、セルロースエステルである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1~7の何れかに記載の二重瞼形成用溶液。 - 上記繊維状物質が、ニトロセルロースである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1~8の何れかに記載の二重瞼形成用溶液。 - 上記溶媒が、体温にて気化するものである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1~9の何れかに記載の二重瞼形成用溶液。 - 上記溶媒が、エタノール及び酢酸エチルの中から選択される一種、又はそれらの混合物である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1~10の何れかに記載の二重瞼形成用溶液。 - 揮発性を有する溶媒に対し、該溶媒の気化に伴って収縮する基材物質を溶解させて成る二重瞼形成用溶液を、二重にしたい瞼の皮膚に塗布し、
上記溶媒を気化させることにより、上記基材物質から成る被膜を、上記瞼の皮膚に密着した状態で収縮させ、
該被膜の収縮により、該瞼の皮膚に凹状のくびれ部を形成し、
該くびれ部で瞼の皮膚を折り返させることにより、二重瞼の襞を形成する、
ことを特徴とする二重瞼の形成方法。
