Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de séparation des nanotubes de carbone à une seule couche de graphène métalliques (m-SWNT) et des nanotubes à une seule couche de graphène semi-conducteurs (sc-SWNT) comprenant une étape de greffage, notamment par greffage chimique radicalaire, d'un dérivé de sel de diazonium sur un mélange de m-SWNT et de sc-SWNT de façon à obtenir un mélange de m-SWNT greffés et de sc-SWNT non-greffés, moyennant quoi les m-SWNT greffés et les sc-SWNT non-greffés se séparent du fait de propriétés chimiques et/ou physiques différentielles causées par ledit greffage. La présente invention concerne également un kit pour la séparation des m-SWNT et des sc-SWNT.
