Abstract
Hier werden neue Verfahren und Vorrichtungen für ein Mess- und Analysegerät, welches in einem Gas bzw. Luft Verunreinigungen und/oder Partikel misst, dargestellt. In einem Partikeltrennschritt werden aus einem Gas oder Gasgemisch wie Luft oder einer Flüssigkeit, kurz einem Fluid, das ein Partikelgemisch enthält, Zielpartikel mit vorbestimmten Partikeleigenschatten von Restpartikeln auf neuartige Weise getrennt und ihr Auftreten und/oder ihre Häufigkeit in einer Messkammer bestimmt. Die ebenfalls neuartige Kühlung der zur Messung notwendigen Strahlungsquellen erlaubt den Einsatz von solchen mit hoher Leistung, wie es für die Messung von wenigen Partikeln bzw. kleinsten Verunreinigungen notwendig ist. Eine weiterhin neuartige Erweiterung des elektrischen Messbereich erlaubt die Messung von kleinen, aber auch von größeren Vorkommen an Partikeln und Verunreinigungen. Zusätzlich vereinfacht eine neuartige Schnittstelle die Inbetriebnahme des Geräts.
