Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein alkaliaktiviertes Alumosilikatbindemittel enthaltend mindestens eine organische Verbindung aus der Reihe Amine und/oder deren Salze, wobei das System im Fall der Amine keine härtbaren Epoxide enthält, ionische Flüssigkeiten, Imidazole, Guanidine, Aminoalkohole, Carbonsäuresalze und Alkohole mit Ausnahme von Polyethern, wobei das System keine Alkylsilikonate enthält. Während des Aushärtens des erfindungsgemäßen Bindemittels tritt nur ein geringer oder kein Schwund auf und die Bildung von Mikrorissen wird vermieden. Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen alkaliaktivierten Alumosilikatbindemittel sowie deren Verwendung offenbart.
