Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil d'enlèvement de liquide adapté pour séparer du liquide d'une pâte composite de liquide et de solides. L'appareil comprend une membrane mobile, perméable, ayant un premier et un second côté opposé. Une « partie de courroie chargée » du second côté est configurée pour recevoir la pâte. Un système de support de membrane perméable est configuré pour fournir un support mobile pour la partie de courroie chargée et comprend un pont de transport situé en contact avec le premier côté de la membrane perméable sous la partie de courroie chargée. L'appareil d'enlèvement de liquide a un logement avec une chambre à basse pression en contact d'étanchéité avec le premier côté de la membrane perméable. Un système de conditionnement de pression applique une pression différentielle par le biais du logement pour générer une pression sur le premier côté de courroie de filtre inférieure à celle sur le second côté.
