Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de bordage et une tête de pliage au rouleau (1) pour relier des tôles au niveau de leurs bords pour former un élément structural. Selon l'invention, le bord à replier des tôles est appliqué sur les mâchoires de pliages d'un lit de pliage et sur le côté opposé, le bord est incurvé au moyen d'un rouleau de pliage (4) monté rotatif qui est disposé au niveau d'une tête de pliage au rouleau (1) de manière à pouvoir pivotement transversalement à la direction de mouvement du rouleau de pliage (4), ladite tête de pliage au rouleau pouvant se déplacer le long de la liaison par pliage de préférence au moyen d'un bras de robot. Selon l'invention, le mouvement de pivotement du rouleau de pliage (4) par rapport à la tête de pliage au rouleau (1) est commandé par un entraînement en rotation (3) disposé au niveau de la tête de pliage au rouleau (1).
