Abstract

L'invention concerne un agencement (1) à placer sur un fond marin (3) sous un corps d'eau (2), pour supporter un dispositif destiné à produire de l'énergie électrique à partir du vent, comportant une colonne (6; 6') présentant une première extrémité qui est équipée d'un moyen de liaison (8) qui fait saillie au-dessus du corps d'eau lorsque l'agencement est installé sur le fond marin. Au niveau d'une portion qui est située sous la surface du corps d'eau, lorsque l'agencement est installé sur le fond marin, la colonne est reliée à trois pieds (5a-c), les pieds étant, à une seconde extrémité, reliés à leurs fondations respectives (4a-c) qui sont conçues pour être installées sur le fond marin et pour transférer les forces au fond marin. Chaque fondation comprend un compartiment (11) défini par un élément formant plaque (10) qui, à sa périphérie, est relié à une jupe qui s'étend vers le bas depuis l'élément formant plaque, lorsque la fondation est installée sur le fond marin, de manière à former un espace sensiblement clos (H ') dans le compartiment. En outre, chaque fondation comprend un compartiment de ballast (12) défini par un élément formant plaque inférieur (10) qui, à sa périphérie, est relié à une portion (13) du pied respectif (5a-c), et une séparation supérieure (29) située dans le pied respectif, et est équipée d'un moyen (27) pour l'acheminement de ballast liquide.
