The result cannot be achieved with the known machines as, very often, the surfaces of the sheets to be completely coloured or waterproofed are those not destined to be printed on with words or decorations.

Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à une machine et à un procédé d'impression sur feuilles rigides (1) telles que du carton et autres. La machine comprend une pluralité de postes d'impression (2) qui sont alignés les uns à côté des autres, chacun d'entre eux comprenant quant à lui : un groupe d'impression (2a) et un groupe de blocage (2b) pour les feuilles (1), disposé sur un côté opposé à celui du groupe d'impression, entre lesquels est délimitée une trajectoire pour les feuilles (1) imprimées. Au moins un des postes d'impression est un poste retourné (2i), dans lequel le groupe d'impression (2ia) et le groupe de blocage (2ib) sont disposés sur des côtés opposés, par rapport à la trajectoire rectiligne des feuilles (1), aux groupes d'impression (2a) et aux groupes de blocage (2b) des autres postes d'impression (2) de la machine. Le procédé réalisé à l'aide de la machine comprend une étape consistant à introduire les feuilles (1) et des étapes consistant à imprimer sur une surface des feuilles (1) qui n'est pas destinée à être imprimée. Dans au moins un poste retourné (2i), l'étape d'impression et l'étape de blocage sont réalisées sur une surface de la feuille qui est opposée à une surface de celle-ci sur laquelle l'étape d'impression et l'étape de blocage sont réalisées dans les autres postes (2).
