Abstract
Description
従って、本発明の課題は、高い紫外線防御効果を有しつつ、経時安定性、使用感に優れた水中油型乳化化粧料を提供することにある。
ここで、平均粒子径は、透過型電子顕微鏡写真中、任意の視野の任意の粒子20個について、長軸と短軸との相加平均を粒子径とみなした。平均粒子厚さは、透過型電子顕微鏡写真の同視野中の厚さを読み取り、読み取れるすべての粒子の厚さの算術平均より求めた。平均板状比は、(平均粒子径)/(平均粒子厚さ)により求め、小数点以下を四捨五入した値とした。
平均粒子厚さは0.01~0.2μmであり、好ましくは0.01~0.1μm、より好ましくは0.01~0.05μmである。この平均粒子厚さが0.01μm未満の場合は薄片状形態が崩れ易く、0.2μmを超える場合は化粧料に配合した場合に不快感を生じさせるので、実用的ではない。
平均板状比は3以上であり、好ましくは5以上、さらに好ましくは7以上である。また平均板状比の上限は30以下が好ましい。この平均板状比が3未満の場合は透明性が低下する。
+2価以上の微量元素としては、鉄、ジルコニウム、カルシウム、マンガン、マグネシウム、イットリウム等の金属が挙げられる。これらは単独でも2種以上を組み合わせても用いることもでき、組み合わせの例としては、ジルコニウムと鉄、ジルコニウムとマグネシウム、鉄とマグネシウム、鉄とカルシウム等を挙げることができる。微量元素の含有量は、紫外線防御能の点から、(A)薄片状酸化亜鉛粉末に含有されている亜鉛量100モルに対して、好ましくは0.005~1.0モルであり、より好ましくは0.01~0.5モルである。
また、これらは前記(A)薄片状酸化亜鉛粉末と同様に、+2価以上の微量元素を含有させることができ、鉄、ジルコニウム、カルシウム、マンガン、マグネシウム、イットリウム等の金属を、単独又は2種以上を適宜組み合わせて、前記微粒子金属酸化物粉末に含有させることができる。
その内、2-(4-ジエチルアミノ-2-ヒドロキシベンゾイル)-安息香酸ヘキシルエステルの含有量は、水中油型乳化化粧料の総量に対して、0.01~8質量%とすることが好ましく、最も好適には0.05~3質量%である。
説明にあたり、以下の実施例で用いた粉末の製造方法につき、説明する。
硫酸亜鉛1.6×10-1モル、硫酸ナトリウム3.8×10-2モル及び微量元素の塩として硫酸第一鉄1.6×10-4モルを、5×10-2モル硫酸水溶液315mLに溶解した。次に、この溶液をホモミキサーにより6000r.p.m.で攪拌しながら、2N水酸化ナトリウム水溶液230mLを15秒間で投入し(pH=12.8)、沈殿を生成させたのち、10分間攪拌を継続した。その後、100℃で90分間熟成し、濾過、水洗し、230℃で約10時間乾燥して、紫外線吸収性粉末を得た。このようにして得られた粉末を走査型電子顕微鏡で観察し、薄片状粒子(平均粒子径0.25μm、平均粒子厚さ0.019μm、板状比13、鉄元素含有量0.11mol%)であることを確認した。
製造例1で製造した薄片状酸化亜鉛粉末93質量部とオクチルトリエトキシシラン7質量部と、トルエンからなるスラリーを作成し、ビーズミル(シンマルエンタープライゼス社製ダイノミル)を用いて粉砕・解砕を行った。次いで、トルエンを減圧下に加熱留去した後、送風気流型乾燥機を用いて150℃にて4時間加熱処理し、オクチルトリエトキシシラン処理薄片状酸化亜鉛粉末を得た。
製造例1で製造した薄片状酸化亜鉛粉末93質量部とメチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン(KF-99P、信越化学工業社製)7質量部とイソプロピルアルコールからなるスラリーを作成し、よく攪拌・粉砕した後、溶媒を減圧下に加熱留去し、空気中150℃で4時間加熱処理を行い、メチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン表面処理薄片状酸化亜鉛粉末を得た。
微粒子酸化亜鉛粉末(略球状、平均粒子径0.02μm)93質量部とオクチルトリエトキシシラン7質量部と、トルエンからなるスラリーを作成し、ビーズミル(シンマルエンタープライゼス社製ダイノミル)を用いて粉砕・解砕を行った。次いで、トルエンを減圧下に加熱留去した後、送風気流型乾燥機を用いて150℃にて4時間加熱処理し、オクチルトリエトキシシラン処理微粒子酸化亜鉛粉末を得た。
微粒子酸化亜鉛粉末(略球状、平均粒子径0.02μm)95質量部とメチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン(KF-99P、信越化学工業社製)5質量部とイソプロピルアルコールからなるスラリーを作成し、よく攪拌・粉砕した後、溶媒を減圧下に加熱留去し、空気中150℃で4時間加熱処理を行い、メチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン表面処理微粒子酸化亜鉛粉末を得た。
微粒子酸化チタン粉末(略球状、平均粒子径0.017μm)95質量部とメチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン(KF-99P、信越化学工業社製)5質量部とイソプロピルアルコールからなるスラリーを作成し、よく攪拌・粉砕した後、溶媒を減圧下に加熱留去し、空気中160℃で4時間加熱処理を行い、メチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン表面処理微粒子酸化チタン粉末を得た。
製造例6で用いた微粒子酸化チタン粉末の代わりに、顔料級タルクを用い、同様の製造方法による処理を行い、メチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン表面処理タルクを得た。また、黄酸化鉄、黒酸化鉄についても、同様に処理し、それぞれメチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン表面処理黄色酸化鉄、メチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン黒酸化鉄を得た。
下記表1に記載した配合組成の水中油型乳化化粧料を下記の製法にて調製した。得られた水中油型乳化化粧料について、下記評価試験を行った。評価結果を合わせて表1に示す。
(1)紫外線防御効果
SPFアナライザー(Optometices社)を用いてSPF値を測定し、以下の基準で示した。
〔UVB防御効果評価基準〕
A:SPF値が40以上
B:SPF値が30以上40未満
C:SPF値が20以上30未満
D:SPF値が20未満
〔UVA防御効果評価基準〕
a:T(UVA)が20%未満
b:T(UVA)が20%以上25%未満
c:T(UVA)が25%以上
専門パネラーを評価項目ごとに10名ずつ用意し(但し、品目によりパネラーが重複する場合もある)、パネラーが製剤を実際に使用し、実施例1~12、比較例1~5については「塗布後の透明感がある」、「塗布時の滑らかさ」に関して、下記評価基準に従って、評価を行った。全パネラーの合計点数から、表1に使用感評価結果を示す。

各試料を60℃の恒温槽に1ヶ月間保管し、1ヶ月後の状態を観察し、以下の判定基準を用いて判定した。
〔保存安定性判定基準〕
A:変化なし
B:やや粘度変化が見られる
C:明らかな粘度変化が見られる
D:分離している
A:成分(1)~(10)を分散機で均一に混合し、70℃に加熱する。
B:成分(11)~(16)を70℃で攪拌しながら均一に混合する。
C:Bを攪拌しながら、徐々にAを添加し、予備乳化を行う。
D:Cを40℃まで冷却し、成分(17)~(19)を徐々に加え攪拌し、ホモミキサーにて均一に混合した後、脱気、冷却を行い、水中油型乳化化粧料を得た。
下記表2に記載した配合組成の水中油型乳化化粧料を下記の製法にて調製した。得られた水中油型乳化化粧料について、上記評価基準に基づき、使用感(べたつき感のなさ、しっとり感がある)、経時安定性、紫外線防御効果に関する評価を行った。評価結果を合わせて表2に示す。
A:成分(1)~(7)を70℃で加熱溶解し、均一に混合する。
B:成分(8)~(12)を70℃で均一に溶解混合する。
C:Bを攪拌しながら、徐々にAを添加し、予備乳化する。
D:Cを40℃まで冷却し、成分(13)~(15)を徐々に加え攪拌し、ホモミキサーにて均一に混合した後、脱気、冷却を行い、乳化化粧料を得た。

下記に示す成分及び常法に従い、水中油型日焼け止め化粧料を調整した。該水中油型日焼け止め乳液は、UV-Aカット効果、使用性、経時安定性、並び耐水性において優れたものであった。

Claims (8)
- (A)平均粒子径0.1~1μm、平均粒子厚さ0.01~0.2μm及び平均板状比3以上である酸化亜鉛粉末と、(B)ポリアクリルアミド化合物、ポリアクリル酸及びそれらの塩から選ばれるポリマーを含有することを特徴とする水中油型乳化化粧料。
- 前記(B)ポリマーが、(アクリル酸ヒドロキシエチル/アクリロイルジメチルタウリンNa)コポリマー、(アクリル酸Na/アクリロイルジメチルタウリン)コポリマー、及びポリアクリルアミドからなる群から選択される1種以上である請求項1記載の水中油型乳化化粧料。
- さらに(C)平均粒子径0.01~1μm、平均板状比3未満の金属酸化物粉末を含有し、前記成分(A)と成分(C)の質量比(A/C)が、1/5~10/1である請求項1又は2記載の水中油型乳化化粧料。
- 前記成分(A)が、炭素数1~20のアルキル基若しくはフルオロアルキル基を有し、無機酸化物と反応性を有するシラン化合物又はシラザン化合物で表面処理された粉末である請求項1~3のいずれか1項記載の水中油型乳化化粧料。
- さらに(D)炭素数12~22の直鎖脂肪酸と、炭素数6~24の直鎖又は分岐アルコールとのエステルを含有する請求項1~4のいずれか1項記載の水中油型乳化化粧料。
- 前記(D)エステルが、ラウリン酸ヘキシル、ミリスチン酸ミリスチル、ミリスチン酸セチル、パルミチン酸セチル、ステアリン酸ステアリル、オレイン酸デシル、オレイン酸オレイル、リシノール酸セチル、ミリスチン酸イソセチル、ミリスチン酸イソステアリル、ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシル、パルミチン酸2-エチルヘキシル、パルミチン酸イソセチル、パルミチン酸イソステアリル、ステアリン酸2-エチルヘキシル、ステアリン酸イソセチル、オレイン酸イソデシル、オレイン酸オクチルドデシル、及びリシノール酸オクチルドデシルからなる群より選ばれる1種以上である請求項5記載の水中油型乳化化粧料。
- さらに、(E)プルラン、デキストラン、シクロソフォラン、ラミナリン、シゾフィラン、レンチナン、アラビノガラクタン、バーレイグルカン、リケナン、サクシノグリカン、キシログルカン、ローカストビーンガム、キサンタンガム、キトサン、プスツラン、カラギーナン、ヒアルロン酸及びその塩からなる群から選択される1種又は2種以上の多糖類を含有する請求項1~6のいずれか1項記載の水中油型乳化化粧料。
- 前記(E)多糖類がヒアルロン酸、ヒアルロン酸アルカリ金属塩又はキサンタンガムである請求項7記載の水中油型乳化化粧料。
