Abstract
L'invention concerne une pompe à perfusion (10) pour le transport continu d'un fluide, comprenant une entrée (20), une sortie (30), un premier piston (40) monté à coulissement dans une première chambre (50), et un deuxième piston (60) monté à coulissement dans une deuxième chambre (70), caractérisée par un canal de liaison (80) reliant la première chambre (50) à la deuxième chambre (70), la première chambre (50) étant reliée à l'entrée (20) et la deuxième chambre (70) à la sortie (30). La pompe comprend au moins un élément de réglage (90) qui relie de manière communicante, dans une première position, l'entrée (20) à la première chambre (50) et, dans une deuxième position, la première chambre (50) à la deuxième chambre (70), la communication étant bloquée, dans la première position, entre la première chambre (50) et la deuxième chambre (70) et, dans la deuxième position, entre l'entrée (20) et la première chambre (50), et une commande agissant sur le premier piston (40), le deuxième piston (60) et l'élément de réglage (90) de sorte que lors du placement de l'élément de réglage (90) dans la première position, la première chambre (50) est remplie tandis que la deuxième chambre (70) est vidée à un débit prédéfini par l'intermédiaire de la sortie (30), et lors du placement de l'élément de réglage (90) dans la deuxième position, la première chambre (50) est vidée et la deuxième chambre (70) est remplie, l'écoulement constant par l'intermédiaire de la sortie étant maintenu au débit défini.
