由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:由于第一本体上的第一左钩部和第一右钩部位于各自侧翼部的前方,这样在装配围栏本体时,前方无遮挡,装配更加方便;而且由于在第一本体的前方还增加后用于遮蔽第一左钩部和第一右钩部的开口的第二本体,使得当第一本体和第二本体装配完成以后,从第一左钩部和第一右钩部处无法进行破坏,从而保证了围栏以及围栏立柱的安全可靠性。

具体实施方式
以下实施例中的 与位置有关的“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“前”、“后”均是将围栏立柱植入固定物(如地面、矮墙等)以后来定位。
实施例一:
如图2、3所示的围栏立柱100,包括第一本体10,由一片金属板材连续弯折而成。第一本体10具有用于与固定物(如地面)相固定的第一基部101,第一基部101沿竖直方向延伸,第一基部101的前端包括左侧前端部102和右侧前端部103,后端为连接左侧前端部102和右侧前端部103并向后弯折的弯折部104。这样,整个第一基部101呈空心结构,内部具有空腔,空腔的横截面优选呈半圆形或六边形,弯折部104的形状可参见图3所示,第一基部10空心结构的设置,使其内部可以隐藏电线、红外探测器、震动监测器等电气装置。在左侧前端部102和右侧前端部103至弯折部104之间分别有过渡连接部,这两片过渡连接部通过铆钉机相铆接,从而增强第一基部101的强度。
左侧前端部102向左侧延伸形成第一左侧翼105,右侧前端部103向右侧延伸形成第一右侧翼106,第一左侧翼105有部分弯折形成多个开口朝右的第一左钩部107,多个第一左钩部107沿着同一竖直方向分布,第一左钩部107的开口位于第一左侧翼105的前方,第一右侧翼106有部分弯折形成多个开口朝左的第一右钩部108,多个第一右钩部108沿着同一竖直方向分布,第一右钩部108的开口位于第一右侧翼106的前方。如图所示,附图2中的第一左钩部107有5个,第一右钩部108有6个,这5个第一左钩部107和6个第一右钩部108在竖直方向上相错开布置,最好是像附图所示的实施例那样,在竖直方向上一一交错排列。
该实施例中,由于第一左钩部107和第一右钩部108均位于各自侧翼的前方,这样设置,使得安装工人在将围栏本体安装在两根围栏立柱100之间时,很容易的就能将围栏本体中的两端部钩在第一左钩部107和第一右钩部108上。
实施例二:
如图4所示,该围栏立柱200由两部分组成,第一本体10和第二本体20。其中,此实施例中的第一本体10与实施例一中的第一本体的结构完全相同,在此不赘述。第二本体20的具体结构如下:
第二本体20类似于一个盖板结构,当第一本体10和第二本体20装配在一起后,第二本体20盖在第一左钩部107和第一右钩部108上,第一左钩部107的开口和第一右钩部108的开口均被盖板结构的第二本体20遮蔽住。
本实施例通过引进第二本体20,使得第二本体20能有效的将第一左钩部107和第一右钩部108的开口挡住,从而防止该围栏立柱被从第一左钩部和第一右钩部的开口处进行破坏。
实施例三:
如图5、6所示的围栏立柱,该围栏立柱300包括第一本体10和第二本体30,其中第一本体10与实施例一、二中的第一本体的结构完全相同,第二本体30的具体结构如下:
首先,第二本体30也由一片金属板材连续弯折而成。第二本体30具有用于与固定物(如地面)相固定的第二基部301,第二基部301沿竖直方向延伸,第二基部301的后包括左侧后端部302和右侧后端部303,前端为连接左侧后端部302和右侧后端部303并向前弯折的弯折部304,整个第二基部301呈空心结构,内部具有空腔,空腔的横截面优选呈半圆形或六边形,弯折部304的形状可参见图6所示,第二基部30空心结构的设置,使其内部可以隐藏电线、红外探测器、震动监测器等电气装置。在左侧后端部302和右侧后端部303至弯折部304之间分别有过渡连接部,这两片过渡连接部也通过铆钉机相铆接从而增强第二基部301的强度。
左侧后端部302向左侧延伸形成第二左侧翼305,右侧后端部303向右侧延伸形成第二右侧翼306,第二左侧翼305有部分弯折形成多个开口朝右的第二左钩部307,多个第二左钩部307沿着同一竖直方向分布,第二左钩部307的开口位于第二左侧翼305的后方,第二右侧翼306有部分弯折形成多个开口朝左的第二右钩部(图中未示出),多个第二右钩部沿着同一竖直方向分布,第二右钩部的开口位于第二右侧翼306的后方。第二左钩部307和第二右钩部在竖直方向上相错开布置,最好是像附图所示的实施例那样,在竖直方向上一一交错排列。
根据上述描述可知,实际上为了制作简单,完全可以将第二本体30和第一本体10的结构做成完全一样,即相同结构的第一本体10也可以作为第二本体30使用,这样在第一本体10中作为第一左钩部的部分,在该第一本体作为第二本体使用时,第一左钩部即变成了第二右钩部,同理,第一右钩部变成了第二左钩部。
本实施例通过设置第二本体30,使得当第一本体10和第二本体30装配好后,第一左钩部107和第一右钩部108的开口被完全挡住,从而防止该围栏立柱被从第一左钩部和第一右钩部的开口处进行破坏。另外,通过在第二本体30上设置第二左钩部304和第二右钩部,使得当第一本体10和第二本体30装配好后,围栏立柱300的左侧在竖直方向上形成第一左钩部107和第二左钩部304相一一交错排列,右侧在竖直方向上形成第一右钩部108和第二右钩部相一一交错排列,这样当围栏本体安装在两根立柱本体之间时,向左或向右拉动围栏本体,都只会越拉越紧,无法将围栏本体破坏掉。
实施例四:
如图7所示,该围栏包括多个围栏单元1,各个围栏单元1包括一对围栏立柱100、安装在一对围栏立柱100之间的围栏本体400,围栏本体400可以为壁板或金属网或栅栏结构。本实施例中,围栏立柱100采用实施例一中的围栏立柱。当围栏本体400安装在围栏立柱100上之后,围栏本体400的左侧部钩在位于左侧的围栏立柱100的第一右钩部108上,围栏本体400的右侧部钩在位于右侧的围栏立柱100的第一左钩部107上。
实施例五:
如图8所示,该围栏包括多个围栏单元2,各个围栏单元2包括一对围栏立柱200、安装在一对围栏立柱200之间的围栏本体400,围栏本体400可以为壁板或金属网或栅栏结构。本实施例中,围栏立柱200采用实施例二中的围栏立柱。
当围栏立柱200和围栏本体400装配在一起后,围栏本体400的左侧部钩在位于左侧的围栏立柱200的第一右钩部108上,围栏本体400的右侧部钩在位于右侧的围栏立柱200的第一左钩部107上,第二本体20盖在第一左钩部107和第一右钩部108上,第一左钩部107的开口和第一右钩部108的开口均被第二本体20遮蔽住。
实施例六:
如图9所示,该围栏包括多个围栏单元3,各个围栏单元3包括一对围栏立柱300、安装在一对围栏立柱300之间的围栏本体400,围栏本体400可以为壁板或金属网或栅栏结构。本实施例中,围栏立柱300采用实施例三中的围栏立柱。
当围栏立柱300和围栏本体400装配在一起后,第二本体30同时盖在第一左钩部107和第一右钩部108上,第一左钩部107的开口被第二左侧翼305遮蔽住,第一右钩部108的开口均第二右侧翼306遮蔽住,第一左钩部107与第二左钩部307分布在同一竖直方向上并且相错开,第一右钩部108和第二右钩部分布在同一竖直方向上并且相错开,围栏本体400的左侧部同时钩在位于左侧的围栏立柱300的第一右钩部108和第二右钩部上,围栏本体400的右侧部同时钩在位于右侧的围栏立柱300的第一左钩部107和第二左钩部307上。
以上实施例中,第一本体和第二本体均为由钢材或是钢带轧制或切割而成。材质可以选用电镀钢材。

当所述的围栏立柱和围栏本体装配在一起后,所述的第二本体同时盖在所述的第一左钩部和第一右钩部上,所述的第一左钩部的开口被第二左侧翼遮蔽住,所述的第一右钩部的开口被第二右侧翼遮蔽住,所述的第一左钩部的根部与第二左钩部的根部处在同一竖直列上并且相错开,所述的第一右钩部的根部和第二右钩部的根部处在同一竖直列上并且相错开,所述的围栏本体的左侧部同时钩在位于左侧的围栏立柱的第一右钩部和第二右钩部上,所述的围栏本体的右侧部同时钩在位于右侧的围栏立柱的第一左钩部和第二左钩部上。
30、根据权利要求29所述的围栏,其特征在于:所述的第一本体和第二本体分别由一片金属一体弯折而成。
31、根据权利要求29或30所述的围栏,其特征在于:所述的第一基部的内部具有空腔。
32、根据权利要求31所述的围栏,其特征在于:所述的空腔的横截面呈六边形或半圆形。
33、根据权利要求29所述的围栏,其特征在于:多个第一左钩部和多个第一右钩部在竖直方向上的位置相错开,多个第二左钩部和多个第二右钩部在竖直方向上的位置也相错开。
34、根据权利要求33所述的围栏,其特征在于:多个第一左钩部和多个第一右钩部在竖直方向上的位置一一交错,多个第二左钩部和多个第二右钩部在竖直方向上的位置也一一交错。
35、根据权利要求29所述的围栏,其特征在于:所述的围栏本体为壁板或网或栅栏。
36、根据权利要求29所述的围栏,其特征在于:所述的第一本体和第二本体的结构相同,所述的第一本体和第二本体安装时相向结合在一起。
