Abstract
L'invention concerne l'automatisation de la gestion des téléphonèmes classiques utilisés pour solliciter des manoeuvres de coupure/connexion d'une zone d'une ligne électrique pour procéder à la maintenance, à des réparations ou à des modifications de la ligne. L'invention fait appel à un centre de télécommande d'énergie qui communique avec des dispositifs portables (2), chacun étant attribué à au moins un opérateur de maintenance, au moyen desquels est effectué l'envoi d'un téléphonème à partir de l'information stockée au centre de ?(1), au niveau duquel sont gérés et stockés les différents événements survenus au cours de la demande. Les manoeuvres sollicitées dans le téléphonème sont envoyées à l'installation (14) de la ligne électrique depuis le centre (1) en vue de leur exécution. Le centre permet la gestion de blocages des éléments de coupure/connexion des installations (14) de la ligne électrique et permet aux opérateurs de maintenance de consulter l'état desdits éléments de coupure/connexion par l'intermédiaire des dispositifs portables (2).
