Claims (8)
- ウインドガラスを保持するキャリアプレートと、
前記キャリアプレートを昇降方向に移動自在にガイドするガイドレールと、
前記ガイドレールの上端部及び/または下端部に設けられた方向転換部材と、
前記方向転換部材に掛け渡され、かつ前記キャリアプレートに連結されたインナーケーブルと、
そのインナーケーブルを巻き取るドラムおよびそのドラムを回転駆動させる駆動モータからなる駆動機構とを備えたウインドレギュレータであって、
前記キャリアプレートに弾性部材が設けられており、
前記ガイドレールの下端近傍に、前記弾性部材と接触してキャリアプレートの下降を規制する受け部が設けられており、
前記受け部がガイドレールに対して直角の平面を基準として、ガイドレールから離れるに従って上にいくように傾斜する傾斜面を有するウインドレギュレータ。 - 前記弾性部材がキャリアプレートに取り付けられる取り付け部と、受け部と当接する当り部とを備えており、その当り部が、正面視で下向きに凸となる略三角柱状を呈している請求項1に記載のウインドレギュレータ。
- 前記当り部における、ガイドレールに近い側の部位が、ガイドレールに対して直角の平面を基準としてガイドレールから離れるに従って下にいくように傾斜する面となるように面取りされている請求項1に記載のウインドレギュレータ。
- 前記弾性部材がキャリアプレートのガイドレールとは反対の側から嵌め込まれて固定されている請求項1に記載のウインドレギュレータ。
- 前記受け部の傾斜面がガイドレールに垂直の平面に対し、10~20゜傾斜している請求項1に記載のウインドレギュレータ。
- 前記受け部のうち、ガイドレールに近い部位はガイドレールに対してほぼ直角であり、先端側に前記傾斜面が設けられている請求項1に記載のウインドレギュレータ。
- 前記弾性部材の面取りによって形成された面が、ガイドレールに垂直の平面に対して20~30゜傾斜している請求項3に記載のウインドレギュレータ。
- 前記方向転換部材がガイドレールの上端にのみ設けられ、
前記ガイドレールの下端付近にドラムが設けられ、
前記駆動機構の外周に前記受け部が設けられている請求項1~7のいずれかに記載のウインドレギュレータ。
