Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un appareil et un procédé pour le diagnostic de caractéristiques de sujet sur la base d'une mesure oscillométrique de pression artérielle. Selon la présente invention, l'appareil pour le diagnostic de caractéristiques de sujet sur la base d'une mesure oscillométrique de pression artérielle comporte : une partie capteur de détection de pression pour la détection d'une pression de brassard comprenant l'effet d'une onde d'impulsion ; une partie d'extraction d'onde d'impulsion pour l'extraction du signal d'onde d'impulsion d'une artère de la pression de brassard détectée au niveau de la partie capteur de détection de pression ; une partie détection d'amplitude d'onde d'impulsion pour la division du signal d'onde d'impulsion extrait au niveau de la partie d'extraction d'onde d'impulsion en une pluralité de régions de fenêtre et la détection de l'amplitude minimale au niveau de chaque région de fenêtre ; et une partie diagnostic de caractéristiques de sujet pour le diagnostic de caractéristiques de sujet par utilisation de l'amplitude minimale à chaque région de fenêtre détectée au niveau de la partie de détection d'amplitude d'onde d'impulsion, permettant ainsi le diagnostic de caractéristiques de sujet à l'aide des informations d'onde d'impulsion dans la mesure de pression artérielle.
