Abstract

L'invention concerne un véhicule à moteur polyvalent (100) destiné au rétablissement des conditions d'une route sûre et praticable après un accident de voiture, par nettoyage de la chaussée. Ce véhicule à moteur comprend: des réservoirs (101) contenant de l'eau propre, de l'eau mélangée à un liquide de lavage spécial (tensioactif écologique) et un liquide de traitement spécial pour la chaussée (appelé destructeur de chaîne moléculaire et qui se pulvérise sur de l'huile ou des produits huileux) (803), une émulsion obtenue par collecte des liquides de lavage/traitement et des matières huileuses polluantes; un pistolet à eau haute pression équipé d'un dispositif de réglage du jet d'arrosage (802) pour appliquer un jet de ladite solution sur la chaussée où des liquides fonctionnels polluants (huiles lubrifiantes, carburants, substances de refroidissement, etc.) sont en définitive déversés par les véhicules à la suite d'accidents ou de pannes de voiture; un système d'aspiration (804) pouvant débarrasser efficacement la chaussée de ladite émulsion (806) résultant du mélange des matières polluantes et de la solution de lavage/traitement (803), ledit système d'aspiration pouvant en outre éliminer par aspiration les débris solides et non biodégradables provenant des équipements de voiture usuels (éclats de verre, pièces en plastique, métal, pièces détachées de leurs structures, etc.) (805); des réservoirs (107) contenant ladite émulsion (806) et les pièces solides éliminées devant être stockées temporairement sur le site de la société intervenante avant leur livraison définitive aux installations spécialisées habilitées où elles seront traitées en leur état final selon des modes opératoires spécifiques conformes aux lois environnementales en vigueur. L'invention se caractérise en ce que l'énergie nécessaire pour faire fonctionner correctement le véhicule à moteur polyvalent (100) peut être fournie directement par le moteur et/ou par n'importe quel autre point de transmission d'énergie de la chaîne cinématique. L'énergie extraite peut alors être utilisée comme source d'alimentation pour des dispositifs mécaniques, électriques ou hydrauliques.
