Abstract

본 발명에 따른 동력전달용 베어링기어 시스템은 제 1 디스크의 둘레에 복수개의 제 1 지지축 일단이 연결되고, 상기 제 1 디스크 보다 작은 직경의 제 2 디스크에 상기 제 1 지지축의 타단이 연결되며, 각각의 상기 제 1 지지축에서 회전 가능하게 설치되는 제 1 베어링롤러와, 상기 제 1 디스크, 및 상기 제 2 디스크가 설치되어 구동력이 전달되는 구동축과; 제 3 디스크의 둘레에 복수개의 제 2 지지축 일단이 연결되고, 상기 제 3 디스크 보다 작은 직경의 제 4 디스크에 상기 제 2 지지축의 타단이 연결되며, 각각의 상기 제 2 지지축에서 회전 가능하게 설치되어 상기 제 1 베어링롤러와 접촉되는 제 2 베어링롤러와, 상기 제 3 디스크, 및 상기 제 4 디스크가 설치되어 구동축의 동력이 전달되는 종동축을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기와 같은 구성의 본 발명에 따르면 베어링의 구름작용을 통해 동력전달 시 마찰을 감소시켜 이에 따른 소음 및 진동이 감소되어 동력전달의 효율성이 향상되는 동력전달용 베어링기어 시스템을 얻는 효과가 있다.
