L'élément de base (100, 101) présente une face avant (110) plane permettant la mise en place d'une étiquette et une face arrière (120) munie d'un évidement (130,..., 136) de forme allongée, approprié pour recevoir par glissement latéral un élément de maintien (310, 320) pourvu d'un renflement (313, 323) correspondant à l'évidement (130,..., 136). L'élément d'encadrement (200, 201) comporte un élément d'enveloppement (230) latéral pouvant être glissé sur l'élément de base (100, 101) sensiblement dans l'alignement de ce dernier. L'élément d'encadrement (200, 201) comprend en outre une pièce d'encadrement (210) plane pourvue d'une échancrure (220) qui laisse la face avant (110) de l'élément de base (100, 101) au moins partiellement visible lorsque l'élément d'encadrement est glissé sur ce dernier. L'élément de fixation (250, 255) s'engage à travers l'élément d'encadrement (200, 201) pour fixer l'élément d'encadrement (200, 201) sur l'élément de base (100, 101).
