Definitions
- the invention relates to an identification system, in particular for product labeling.
- labeling goods or products that are stored on shelves for example, a variety of labeling options can be used.
- a price tag is applied directly to the product for pricing a product.
- an award of the product can be made on the shelf, in which a label is glued directly to the shelf.
- transparent plastic rails are used, which are attached to the shelf and can receive a label for award.
- An embodiment of a marking system is formed with at least one carrier rail for attaching a label holder.
- the at least one carrier rail has a rectangular rail body with a flat front side and a flat rear side.
- the front side comprises a first elongate, in particular groove-shaped, recess, which is suitable for receiving a holding element of a label holder to be fastened with a recess matching the recess by lateral insertion.
- the rear side comprises a second elongated, in particular groove-shaped, recess which runs parallel to the first recess and is adapted to receive an element, in particular a holding element of a further label holder to be fastened, with a recess matching the second recess by lateral insertion.
- the recesses extend, for example, parallel to an edge of the carrier rail and have at least one end - - An opening on which the holding element or another element can be inserted with a matching bulge.
- at least one of the recesses is formed, for example, running continuously.
- a first type of label holder may be received in the first recess on the front side, while a second or third type of label holder may be attached via corresponding retaining elements in the second recess on the back side.
- other elements are also received with a suitable bulge, which serve, for example, for fastening the carrier rail to a shelf, or for fixing other objects, such as ornaments or holders.
- various embodiments of the marking system have at least one label holder which has a holding element with a recess matching one of said recesses.
- the rear side comprises at least one further elongate, in particular groove-shaped, recess, which runs parallel to the second recess and is suitable, one element, in particular a holding element of another label holder to be fastened, with a matching recess to the further recess by lateral Einschie - ben record. Accordingly, such a labeling system has further increased flexibility.

- a thickness of the at least one carrier rail between the front side and the rear side is less than a total amount of a depth of the first recess and a depth of the second recess.
- a thickness of the carrier rail is in the range between 100% and 200% of the depth of the recess, in particular - - from 1 10% to 150% of this depth.
- the recesses are offset in this case on the front and back to each other. In such a configuration of the thickness of the carrier rail and a corresponding positioning of the recesses, a carrier rail can be produced with low material costs.

- a holding element which is inserted into the base element, is fixed by the frame element, so that the base element, the frame element and the holding element form a connected unit or a module.
- Frame element and base are adapted to each other in size. Due to the fact that the holding element is not an integral part of the label holder but can be exchanged modularly and replaced by a holding element which is suitable for each application, the label holder can be used variably. In particular, holding elements can be used which make it possible to attach the label holder to the carrier rail, or those which allow the label holder to be set up. - -

- a funnel is formed between the base element 100 and the frame element 200, so that a label can be inserted more easily.
- FIG. 13 shows a frame element 200 which has a frame part 210 with a recess 220 and a lateral enclosure 230.
- the profile of the enclosure 230 is designed such that it can be slid over the base element 100 flush.
- the frame part 210 preferably strikes the profile 141.
- a possible fixing element 250 as shown in FIGS. 10A or 10B, is not shown merely for reasons of clarity.
- FIG. 14 shows a sectional view of an embodiment of a label holder with a base element 100 and a frame element 200.
- the frame element 200 is fixed on the base element 100 via the fixing element 250, 255.
- the fixing element 250, 255 has an external thread, which is screwed into a threaded hole 260 of the frame member 200.
- a lower tip of the fixing element 250, 255 is in contact with a surface of the base element 100, so that a tension or jamming with the lateral enclosure 230 (not shown here completely) arises.
- FIG. 15 shows a sectional view of a further embodiment of a label holder having a base element 100 and a frame element 200, which are connected to one another via the fixing element 250.
- the fixing element 250 in turn has an external thread, which is screwed into a threaded hole 260 of the frame member 200.
- a thread 160 is provided in the base member 100, in which the external thread of the fixing member 250 also engages.
- the fixing element 250 can engage in one of the recesses 130, 136 or in a gap between the recesses 130, 136. If the fixing element is provided in the frame part 210, this can Fixing element, for example, in contact with the survey 140 on the base 100 are.
- the embodiments described above can be combined as desired.
- the number of recesses in each of the carrier rails or the basic elements of the label holder can be changed.
- a further recess can be provided on the front side of the carrier rails.
- Such a lighting element can be formed, for example, in the form of a rail, which has distributed illumination means.
- a rail which has distributed illumination means.
- the rail may itself have protrusions that can be inserted into the recesses, or a recess in the manner described above, so that an attachment in the carrier rail via a corresponding holding element with bulges.
