Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un système comprenant une cassette, une station de remplissage et un pistolet de chargement pour le refroidissement de produits tels que des aliments dans un récipient. La cassette de la présente invention est appropriée pour contenir un milieu de refroidissement à base de CO2, tel que du CO2 liquide, ladite cassette comprenant une entrée pour l'introduction du milieu de refroidissement à base de CO2 et une sortie pour le soutirage de CO2 gazeux formé lors de l'exposition du milieu de refroidissement à base de CO2 aux conditions atmosphériques. La cassette est caractérisée en ce que l'entrée et la sortie sont spatialement séparées et sont toutes deux pourvues d'un moyen de couplage magnétique.
