Abstract

본 발명은 접이식 차량 휴대형 화장실에 관한 것으로서, 사각형의 파이프 형상으로 이루어지고, 바닥면에 접촉되는 바닥 프레임; 사각형의 파이프 형상으로 이루어지고, 지붕 역할을 하는 상부 프레임; 상기 상부 프레임과 하부 프레임 사이에 위치하며, 지그재그형상으로 회전가능하게 서로 결합되는 복수의 제1 링크와, 상기 제1 링크의 대향하는 방향에 위치하며, 지그재그형상으로 회전가능하게 서로 결합되는 복수의 제2 링크를 구비하는 지지부; 상기 상부프레임, 상기 지지부, 상기 하부프레임의 적어도 4곳 이상에 연결되어 상기 지지부가 확장시에 같이 확장되며, 불투명한 재질의 천으로 제작되는 포장부; 상기 하부 프레임의 내부에 위치하고, 상기 하부 프레임 일측에 연결되는 접이식 좌변기; 배설물을 수납하기 위한 용기를 포함한다. 본 발명은 적은 비용으로 제조가 가능하고, 접이식으로서 설치가 용이하며, 또한, 본 발명은 접어서 휴대가 가능하므로 공간을 적게 차지하여 차량에 휴대하기가 편리하다.

Description

차량 휴대용 화장실
본 발명은 화장실에 관한 것으로 특히, 차량에 휴대가 가능하고, 접이식으로 설치가 간편한 화장실에 관한 것이다.
현재 자동차는 생활의 필수품이 되어 있으며, 자동차를 이용한 여행도 일반화되어 있다.
그런데, 이러한 자동차 여행중 또는 목적지를 찾아가는 도중에 주변에 화장실이 있으면 큰 문제는 없다.
그러나 주변에 화장실이 없는 경우에 사람들은 매우 당황하게 되며, 이러한 생리현상을 참을 경우 건강에 좋지 않는 문제가 있다.
그리고 일부 사람의 경우 노상방뇨를 하게 되며 이로 인해 주변환경이 오염되는 문제가 있다.
따라서, 휴대가 간편하면서도 설치가 용이한 화장실이 필요한 실정이다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제는 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 개발된 것으로서, 적은 비용으로 제조가 가능하고, 설치가 용이하고 휴대가 편리한 차량 휴대형 화장실을 제공하는 것이다.
이러한 기술적 과제를 이루기 위한 본 발명의 하나의 특징에 따른 차량 휴대형 화장실은,
접이식 차량 휴대형 화장실로서,
사각형의 파이프 형상으로 이루어지고, 바닥면에 접촉되는 바닥 프레임;
사각형의 파이프 형상으로 이루어지고, 지붕 역할을 하는 상부 프레임;
상기 상부 프레임과 하부 프레임 사이에 위치하며, 지그재그형상으로 회전가능하게 서로 결합되는 복수의 제1 링크와, 상기 제1 링크의 대향하는 방향에 위치하며, 지그재그형상으로 회전가능하게 서로 결합되는 복수의 제2 링크를 구비하는 지지부;
상기 상부프레임, 상기 지지부, 상기 하부프레임의 적어도 4곳 이상에 연결되어 상기 지지부가 확장시에 같이 확장되며, 불투명한 재질의 천으로 제작되는 포장부;
상기 하부 프레임의 내부에 위치하고, 상기 하부 프레임 일측에 연결되는 접이식 좌변기를 포함한다.
필요에 따라 배설물을 수납하기 위한 용기를 더 포함한다.
아울러, 상기 복수의 제1, 제2 링크는 힌지 구조로 X자 형상으로 각각 교차 연결되고, 양끝단도 회전 가능한 힌지구조로 서로 연결되어 상기 하부 프레임으로부터 확장 또는 축소 가능하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 제1, 제2 링크중 하나는 'X'자의 형상으로 교차하는 제1, 제2 링크 일단의 외측에 회전가능하게 장착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은 적은 비용으로 제조가 가능하고, 접이식으로서 설치가 용이하다. 또한, 본 발명은 접어서 휴대가 가능하므로 공간을 적게 차지하여 차량에 휴대하기가 편리하다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 차량 휴대형 화장실을 나타낸 사시도이다.

아래에서는 첨부한 도면을 참고로 하여 본 발명의 실시예에 대하여 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 상세히 설명한다. 그러나 본 발명은 여러 가지 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며 여기에서 설명하는 실시예에 한정되지 않는다. 그리고 도면에서 본 발명을 명확하게 설명하기 위해서 설명과 관계없는 부분은 생략하였으며, 명세서 전체를 통하여 유사한 부분에 대해서는 유사한 도면 부호를 붙였다.
명세서 전체에서, 어떤 부분이 어떤 구성요소를 "포함"한다고 할 때, 이는 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한 다른 구성요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성요소를 더 포함할 수 있는 것을 의미한다.

도 1 내지 도 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차량 휴대형 화장실은,
사각형의 파이프 형상으로 이루어지고, 바닥면에 접촉되는 바닥 프레임(300); 사각형의 파이프 형상으로 이루어지고, 지붕 역할을 하는 상부 프레임(100); 상기 상부 프레임과 하부 프레임 사이에 위치하며, 지그재그형상으로 회전가능하게 서로 결합되는 복수의 제1 링크와, 상기 제1 링크의 대향하는 방향에 위치하며, 지그재그형상으로 회전가능하게 서로 결합되는 복수의 제2 링크를 구비하는 지지부(200); 상기 상부프레임, 상기 지지부, 상기 하부프레임의 적어도 4곳 이상에 연결되어 상기 지지부가 확장시에 같이 확장되며, 불투명한 재질의 천으로 제작되는 포장부(500);
상기 하부 프레임의 내부에 위치하고, 상기 하부 프레임 일측에 연결되는 접이식 좌변기(400)를 포함한다. 필요에 따라 배설물을 수납하기 위한 용기(700)와 차량 휴대형 화장실을 수납하기 위한 가방을 더 포함한다.
바닥 프레임(300)은 파이프 형상의 링크 4개(310, 320, 330, 340)가 사각형으로 결합되며, 필요에 따라 모서리부분에 플라스틱 재질로 결합을 견고히 할 수 있다. 그리고, 링크 3개(350, 360, 370)가 디귿자 형태로 추가로 결합되고, 링크(340)를 기준하여 좌우로 회전가능하여 추후에 포장재(500) 결합시에 이용하거나 출입문 방향을 인식하도록 할 수도 있다.
그리고, 차량 휴대형 화장실 설치시에 바닥 프레임(300)은 바닥면에 접촉된다.
상부 프레임(100)은 파이프 형상의 링크 4개(110, 120, 130, 140)가 사각형으로 결합되며, 필요에 따라 모서리부분에 플라스틱 재질로 결합을 견고히 할 수 있다. 상부 프레임(100)은 지붕 역할을 한다. 그리고 약간 비스듬히 형성되어 포장재(500)가 결합된 상태에서 우천시에 포장재의 빗물이 신속히 지면으로 내려가도록 한다.
지지부(200)는 상부 프레임(100)과 하부 프레임(300) 사이에 위치하며, 지그재그형상으로 확장가능하게 서로 결합되는 복수의 제1 링크(211~(217)와, 상기 제1 링크의 대향하는 방향에 위치하며, 동일한 구조로 형성되는 복수의 제2 링크(221~227)를 구비한다.
아울러, 상기 복수의 제1 링크(211, 213, 214, 215, 216, 217)와 제2 링크(221, 223, 224, 225, 226, 227)는 힌지 구조로 X자 형상으로 각각 교차 연결되고, X 자 형상의 양끝단도 회전가능한 힌지구조로 서로 연결된다.
그리고, X자 형상의 끝단중 하부 프레임(300)의 링크(310)에 연결되는 링크(216, 226)는 회전 가능하게 연결된다. 그리고, 다른 링크(217, 227)에는 180도 회전이 가능하여 지지부(200)를 확장 또는 축소하도록 하는 해당 링크(217, 227)를 링크(310, 330)의 중앙부 또는 우측가장자리에 고정하도록 하는 링크(218, 228)를 더 포함할 수 있으며, 이러한 구조는 변형이 가능하다.

이러한 구조의 상단 프레임(100), 바닥 프레임(300) 및 지지부(200)가 확장 및 축소되는 과정을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 2를 참조하면, 접혀진 상태에서 상단 프레임(100)을 위로 올리거나 링크(218, 228)를 링크(310, 330)의 가장자리에서 중앙부로 회전시키면, 확장이 된다. 이때, 확장프레임을 구성하는 링크(350, 360, 370)도 회전시켜 확장되도록 한다. 또한, 접이식 좌변기(400)도 지지부(420, 430)를 확장시킨다.
축소과정은 상기 확장과정의 역순이며, 링크(218, 228)를 링크(310, 330)의 중앙부에서 가장자리로 회전시키면 자연스럽게 차량 휴대용 화장실이 축소된다. 이때, 좌변기의 지지부(420, 430)는 미리 접는다.
포장부(500)의 포장천(510)은 도 3을 참조하면, 상기 상부프레임(100), 상기 지지부(200), 상기 하부프레임(300)의 적어도 4곳 이상에 고정핀(521~529)에 의해 연결되어 상기 지지부(200)가 확장시에 같이 확장되며, 불투명한 재질의 천으로 제작된다.
이러한 포장부(500)는 화장 및 축소시에 자연스럽게 지지부(200)의 확장 및 축소에 대응하여 수동적으로 확장 또는 축소된다.
또한, 포장부(500)를 덮어 쉬우는 구조로 형성할 수도 있다. 이러한 구조에서 포장부(500)는 별개의 커버 구조로 제작된다.
그리고 도 4를 참조하면, 포장부(500)는 전면에 출입을 위해 자크(530)가 설치되어 자유롭게 출입이 가능하도록 한다.
또한, 접이식 좌변기(400)는 상기 하부 프레임(300)의 내부에 위치하고, 상기 하부 프레임 일측에 연결부(440)를 통해 연결하고, 앉기 위한 좌변부(410), 상기 좌변부를 지지하기 위한 지지부(420, 430)를 포함한다. 이러한 지지구조 또한 다양하게 변형할 수 있다. 지지부(420, 430)는 사랍이 수동으로 접거나 펼수 있는 구조이다.
그리고 필요에 따라 배설물을 수납하기 위한 용기(700)를 더 구비할 수 있으며, 이러한 용기는 뚜껑이 있는 것이 바람직하고 입구가 넓은 것이 바람직하다.
그리고, 차량 휴대형 화장실을 수납하기 위한 가방(600)을 더 구비할 수도 있다.
이상에서 본 발명의 실시예에 대하여 상세하게 설명하였지만 본 발명의 권리범위는 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고 다음의 청구범위에서 정의하고 있는 본 발명의 기본 개념을 이용한 당업자의 여러 변형 및 개량 형태 또한 본 발명의 권리범위에 속하는 것이다.

  1. 접이식 차량 휴대형 화장실로서,
    사각형의 파이프 형상으로 이루어지고, 바닥면에 접촉되는 바닥 프레임;
    사각형의 파이프 형상으로 이루어지고, 지붕 역할을 하는 상부 프레임;
    상기 상부 프레임과 하부 프레임 사이에 위치하며, 지그재그형상으로 회전가능하게 서로 결합되는 복수의 제1 링크와, 상기 제1 링크의 대향하는 방향에 위치하며, 지그재그형상으로 회전가능하게 서로 결합되는 복수의 제2 링크를 구비하는 지지부를 포함하는 차량 휴대형 화장실.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 상부프레임, 상기 지지부, 상기 하부프레임의 적어도 4곳 이상에 연결되어 상기 지지부가 확장시에 같이 확장되며, 불투명한 재질의 천으로 제작되는 포장부;
    상기 하부 프레임의 내부에 위치하고, 상기 하부 프레임 일측에 연결되는 접이식 좌변기를 더 포함하는 차량 휴대형 화장실.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    배설물을 수납하기 위한 용기를 더 포함하는 차량 휴대형 화장실.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 제1, 제2 링크는 힌지 구조로 X자 형상으로 각각 교차 연결되고, 양끝단도 회전가능한 힌지구조로 서로 연결되어 상기 하부 프레임으로부터 확장 또는 축소 가능하게 형성되는 차량 휴대형 화장실.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 제1, 제2 링크중 하나는 'X'자의 형상으로 교차하는 제1, 제2 링크 일단의 외측에 회전가능하게 장착되고, 타단이 상기 하단 프레임에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 휴대형 화장실.
