Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de cadrans d'horloge en cloisonné, comprenant : (a) l'étape consistant à graver une surface supérieure d'un métal de base au moyen d'un procédé d'attaque chimique ou de pression; (b) l'étape consistant à former des motifs sur une surface du métal de base au moyen d'une technique par fils et à recouvrir d'émail cloisonné une ou les deux surfaces du métal de base comportant déjà des motifs; (c) l'étape du premier traitement thermique; (d) l'étape consistant à polir la surface plate; (e) l'étape du second traitement thermique; et (f) l'étape de finition. Plus précisément, la présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de cadrans à index intégrés destinés à des montres-bracelets qui remplissent les conditions de planéité en appliquant le procédé de fabrication en cloisonné aux cadrans pour montres-bracelets.
