Abstract
본 발명은 감지된 전류가 일시적인 써지나 노이즈인지 또는 누전에 의한 누설전류인지를 감지하여, 일시적인 써지나 노이즈 일때에는 전원이 공급되고 실질적인 전류의 누설시에 만 전원이 차단되게 하여 부하에 안정적인 전원을 공급할 수 있게 한 써지에 의한 오작동을 방지한 누전차단기에 관한 것이다.
