Abstract
Offenbart ist ein Verfahren zur generativen Herstellung oder Reparatur eines Bauteils (1), insbesondere einer Turbomaschine, umfassend einen schichtweisen Materialaufbau, der mittelbar oder unmittelbar auf einer Bauplattform (6) und/oder einem zu reparierenden Bauteil erfolgen kann, wobei ein erster Materialaufbau (8) mit einer ersten Aufbaurichtung (10) und ein zweiter Materialaufbau (16) mit einer sich von der ersten Aufbaurichtung (10) unterscheidenden zweiten Aufbaurichtung (18) zur Ausbildung einer belastungsoptimierten Struktur hergestellt wird. Weiterhin offenbart ist ein Bauteil (1), insbesondere für eine Turbomaschine, mit zumindest einem generativ hergestellten ersten Materialaufbau (8) mit einer ersten Aufbaurichtung (10) und mindestens einem zweiten generativ hergestellten Materialaufbau (16) mit einer sich von der ersten Aufbaurichtung unterscheidenden zweiten Aufbaurichtung (18).
