Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un implant présentant au moins une zone comportant une structure de surface, la première étape du procédé consistant à imprimer des creux (4) sur la surface de l'implant. Dans une seconde étape, le matériau présent entre les creux (4) est enlevé par un procédé d'usinage mécanique, en particulier par fraisage ou tournage, de sorte que se créent des rangées d'éléments de structure (6) séparés les uns des autres par les creux (4). La présente invention concerne en outre un implant présentant au moins une zone comportant une structure de surface qui est constituée d'éléments de structure (6) agencés en rangées espacées les unes des autres. Les éléments de structure (6) sont séparés les uns des autres par des creux (4) qui sont produits par déformation de matière. L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif (10) de production d'un cotyle semi-fini (18) présentant une surface structurée.
