Abstract

본 발명은, 범용의 폴리이소시아네이트화합물을 사용하여 고품질의 티오우레탄계 광학재료를 제조하는 방법과 이를 위한 수지 조성물 및 제조된 광학재료에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는, 종래의 문제점인 렌즈 케스팅시 점착테이프에서 점착제가 용출되어 발생하는 백화를 해결하기 위해서, 제조공정에서 얻은 폴리티올화합물을 pH 3.1~7으로 조절함으로써, 반응속도를 증가시켜 렌즈의 가장자리에 백화가 없고, 중합불균형이 없는 티오우레탄계 광학재료를 제공한다.
