Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil (1) de séchage à lit fluidisé capable de sécher du lignite tandis qu'un lit fluidisé (3) est formé en fluidisant le lignite à l'aide d'un gaz de fluidisation. L'appareil comporte : un four (5) de séchage ; et une plaque (6) de dispersion du gaz divisant l'intérieur du four (5) de séchage en un espace (11) de chambre dans lequel entre le gaz de fluidisation et un espace (12) de séchage dans lequel est introduit le lignite, et faisant s'écouler le gaz de fluidisation de l'espace (11) de chambre dans l'espace (12) de séchage. Une pluralité desdits espaces (11) de chambre sont disposées suivant la direction de fluidisation du lignite. Un premier gaz de fluidisation présentant une faible concentration de vapeur entre dans un premier espace (18) de chambre positionné en amont par rapport à la direction de fluidisation. Un deuxième gaz de fluidisation présentant une concentration de vapeur relativement élevée, par comparaison au premier gaz de fluidisation, entre dans un deuxième espace (19) de chambre positionné en aval par rapport à la direction de fluidisation.
