Abstract

본 발명은 LNG 저장 탱크의 '주판(主板)과 보강재'를 겸하도록, 제1플랜지와 이 제1플랜지보다 긴 제2플랜지가 웨브의 양단에 형성된 H형재를 알루미늄 합금 소재로 압출 성형하되, 상기 알루미늄 합금 소재를 고상선 온도 이상의 온도인 570~650℃로 가열하여 등온 유지하면서 H형재 형상의 압출 성형부를 구비한 압출 금형을 통해 H형재의 형상대로 압출 성형하고, 복수 개의 H형재를 제2플랜지끼리 용접함으로써 제2플랜지가 LNG 저장 탱크의 주판이 되면서 제1플랜지와 웨브가 보강재의 역할을 하게 되도록 하는 보강재 일체형 LNG 저장 탱크의 제조 방법을 제공하며, 이렇게 제조된 LNG 저장 탱크 및 이를 이용하여 제작되는 LNG 저장 탱크 모듈을 제공한다.
