QR코드를 포함한 영수증과 그 시스템
구매 상품 CRM(Customer relationship management 고객 관계 관리), 앱 어플리케이션, CCD카메라(Charge-Coupled Device camera, CCD camera), 바코드, QR코드, 영수증
오프라인 상품에 각각의 QR코드를 부여하고, 영수증에 출력해서 소비자가 휴대하고 있는 스마트폰을 이용해서, 상품을 판매한 회사 웹 페이지에 접속하고, 상품에 대한 피드백(Feed Back 되알림)을 해서, 소비자는 상품에 대한 정보를 추가적으로 얻고, 상품을 판매한 회사는 소비자의 구매 형태의 정보를 데이터베이스에 저장한 후에 재구매 시기 등의 정보를 적정한 시기에 소비자의 스마트폰에 정보의 형태로 보내준다.
본 발명의 내용은 각각의 상품에 대해서 고유 QR코드를 부여하고, 영수증에 상품명 옆에 QR코드를 출력해서 소비자로 하여금, 상품에 대한 피드백을 하고, 상품을 판매한 회사는 그 정보를 이용해서, 상품의 구매시기, 구입제품, 장소, 구매주기 등의 자료를 데이터베이스에 저장하고 새로운 제품 연구 개발 자료에 쓰고, 다시 소비자에게 적정한 구매시기에 제품에 대한 정보를 알림 문자 메시지 형태로 알려주고, 소비자와 유기적인 관계를 가지게 하는데 목적이 있다.
본 발명이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는, 제1목적은 각각의 상품마다 부여된 고유한 QR코드를 포함한 영수증을 소비자에게 제공을 하는데 있다. 제2목적은 QR코드를 포함한 영수증을 소비자가 스마트폰의 QR코드 인식 앱 어플리케이션 프로그램을 사용해서 상품에 대한 정보를 얻고, 제3목적은 QR코드를 포함한 영수증을 통해서 제품을 판매한 회사는 소비자의 상품 구매 시기, 상품 구매 수량, 상품 구매 주기에 대한 정보를 데이터베이스에 저장하고, 상품에 대한 피드백을 통해서 상품개발, 아이디어의 정보를 얻고, 재구매 시기가 되면, 알림 문자 메시지를 통해서 재구매를 유도한다. 제4목적은 QR코드를 포함한 영수증으로 광고, 홍보에 취약한 중소기업과 영세업자도 저렴한 비용으로 제품을 알릴 수 있는 공평한 기회를 제공하는데 있다. 제5목적은 QR코드를 포함한 영수증으로 QR코드 이벤트 때마다 새롭게 포장지를 인쇄하는 낭비를 없애고, 제6목적은 QR코드를 포함한 영수증과 함께 절취선을 가지는 공란에 QR코드를 모아서, 절취한 QR코드 테이블을 통해서 휴대성을 원할하게 해서 소비자의 관심을 유도하는데 있다.
본 발명의 기술적인 부분은 이미 상용화 되어져 있다. QR코드를 인식하는 앱 어플리케이션도 개발되서 손쉽게 스마트 폰으로 다운 받을 수있고, 명함이나 상품에 QR코드가 인쇄되어서 사용되고 있다. 따라서 본 발명에서 해결하려는 것은 제품마다 개별적인 QR코드를 부여하는 기술과, 그 내용을 영수증으로 출력하는 프로그램을 개발하는데 있다.
각각의 상품마다 고유한 QR코드를 포함한 영수증을 사용해서 광고 홍보에 취약한 중소기업이나 영세업자도 저렴한 비용으로 제품을 알릴 수 있는 공평한 기회를 가진다. 또한, 상기와 같은 QR코드를 포함한 영수증을 이용하면, 상품을 판매한 회사는 오프라인 시장의 상품에 대한 정보를 쉽게 얻을 수 있다. 별도의 홍보 마케팅 비용을 들이지 않고, 쉽게 오프라인 시장에서 소비자의 정보를 얻고, 상품을 구매한 소비자는 재구매 시기 등과 같은 정보에 대해서 문자메시지로 안내를 받을 수 있다.
이하에서는 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시 예를 상세히 설명하도록 한다. 도 1은 본 발명에 따라 QR코드를 포함한 영수증이다. 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 영수증(10)에 상품명(11), 상품코드 번호(12), 상품단가(13), 상품수량(14), 상품금액(15), 상품QR코드(16-1, 16-2), 고객명(17), 고객카드번호(18), 고객 포인트(19), 현금 영수증 번호(20), 승인번호(21), 영수증 바코드(22), 이벤트 QR코드(23), 상품 홍보QR코드(24), 절취선(25), 바코드(26)가 구비되어 있다.
상품 QR코드(16-1, 16-2)는 본 발명에서 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제이며, 각각의 제품에 고유 QR코드를 부여함을 의미한다.
절취선(25) 아래 이벤트 QR코드(23), 상품 홍보QR코드(24)는 절취선을 따라 절취후 영수증과 떼어서 소비자가 간편하게 소지하는 기능을 가지며, 모아서 보관하는 휴대성을 가지게 하고, 소비자의 지속적인 관심을 유도하는데 사용된다.
소비자가 상품을 구매한 영수증에 스마트폰 QR 어플리케이션을 이용해서, 상품을 판매한 회사의 이벤트 페이지로 손쉽게 접속한다. 몇가지 리서치에 응하고, 상품 구매 정보를 얻는다. 상품 재구매 시기가 되면, 안내 문구를 포함한 메시지를 추후에 받는다.
QR코드를 포함한 영수증은 오프라인 상에서 거래되는 상품들에 대해서 지속적인 관리가 되므로, 새로운 부가가치 산업을 창출 할 수 있다.
