Abstract

반응 장치는 열교환부와 반응부가 조립식으로 구조화된다. 열교환부는 판상형 혹은 주름(corrugated) 판상형 열교환기가 복수개로 구성되며 탈부착이 가능한 형태로 만들어 반응부 내에 삽입할 수 있다. 따라서, 열교환기의 열전달 면에 촉매를 워시 코트(wash coat) 등의 방법으로 부착하여 사용하면, 열전달 효율이 극대화될 뿐만 아니라, 촉매 수명 종료 시 열교환부를 탈착하여, 촉매를 용이하게 제거하거나 다시 부착시킬 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
