Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Festkörper, der eine erste Matrixphase, bestehend aus einer ersten homogenen oder inhomogenen amorphen Struktur, enthält, die einen Anteil an freiem Volumen in Höhe von mehr als 2 % bis 20 %, bezogen auf das gesamte Volumen eines relaxierten amorphen Referenzzustands derselben chemischen Zusammensetzung, aufweist. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines derartigen Festkörpers und dessen Verwendung als Hochdiffusionsmembran, insbesondere in Lithiumionen-Batterien mit Feststoffelektrolyt, in Hochtemperatur-Brennstoffzellen oder zur Gasseparation. Zum anderen eignen sich erfindungsgemäße Festkörper als Material mit über einen weiten Bereich einstellbaren elektrischen, magnetischen, optischen bzw. mechanischen Eigenschaften.
