Abstract

La présente invention porte sur une installation et sur un procédé pour produire de l'électricité et du fumier par fermentation d'excréments de porcs. L'installation pour produire de l'électricité et du fumier par fermentation d'excréments de porcs comprend : une partie de chute et de transfert d'excréments ayant une plaque de pénétration d'excréments définissant une zone dans laquelle vivent des porcs à l'intérieur d'une porcherie et ayant une pluralité de trous de pénétration à travers lesquels passent des excréments de porcs, des surfaces inférieures disposées de façon inclinée et mutuellement espacées les unes des autres d'une distance prédéterminée sur la partie inférieure de la plaque de pénétration d'excréments, et un moyen de transfert d'excréments à l'aide duquel les excréments de porcs, traversant la plaque de pénétration d'excréments de façon à tomber sur les surfaces inférieures, sont transférés vers le bas le long des inclinaisons des surfaces inférieures ; une partie de stockage d'excréments pour stocker les excréments tombés et transférés ; une chambre de mélange dans laquelle les excréments de porcs à l'intérieur de la partie de stockage d'excréments sont transférés de façon à être ajoutés à une composition pour la fermentation, de façon à mélanger ainsi les excréments avec la composition pour la fermentation ; une chambre de fermentation dans laquelle le mélange des excréments de porcs et de la composition pour la fermentation est transféré de façon à produire un fumier par fermentation ; une partie de collecte de gaz méthane pour collecter du gaz méthane ; et un dispositif de génération d'électricité pour générer de l'électricité à l'aide du gaz méthane. Selon la présente invention, les excréments de porcs peuvent être complètement fermentés de façon à produire un fumier de haute qualité et une grande quantité d'électricité. De plus, la porcherie peut être entretenue de façon à être propre.
