Abstract
본 발명의 돼지분뇨 발효에 의한 전기 및 퇴비 생산 설비는, 돈사 내에서 돼지가 생활하는 영역이고, 돼지분뇨가 투과할 수 있는 다수의 투과공이 형성되어 있는 분뇨 투과판과, 분뇨 투과판의 하부에 소정거리 이격되어 경사지게 형성되어 있는 바닥면과, 분뇨 투과판을 통과하여 상기 바닥면으로 낙하한 돼지분뇨를 바닥면의 경사를 따라 하방으로 이송시키는 분뇨 이송 수단을 포함하는 분뇨 낙하이송부; 낙하이송된 분뇨가 저장되는 분뇨 저장부; 분뇨 저장부의 돼지분뇨가 이송되고 발효용 조성물이 첨가되어 양자가 혼합되는 혼합실; 돼지분뇨와 발효용 조성물의 혼합물이 이송되어 발효에 의해 퇴비화하는 발효실; 메탄가스를 포집하는 메탄가스 포집부; 및 메탄가스를 이용하여 전기를 생산하는 전기 생산 장치를 포함한다. 본 발명은 돼지분뇨를 완전 발효시켜 양질의 퇴비를 생산할 수 있게 하고, 다량의 전기를 생산할 수 있게 하며, 돈사를 청결하게 한다.
