Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de communication qui permet d'établir sélectivement une connexion à un réseau de données ou à un réseau de communication téléphonique, suivant les besoins, à l'aide d'une base de données selon qu'une fonction d'envoi/réception de données par paquets est incluse ou non dans un terminal récepteur. L'invention concerne également le procédé d'exploitation dudit système et concerne en particulier un système de communication qui permet d'établir sélectivement une connexion à un réseau de données ou à un réseau de communication téléphonique, suivant les besoins, à l'aide d'une base de données selon qu'une fonction d'envoi/réception de données par paquets est incluse ou non dans un terminal récepteur, et son procédé d'exploitation qui, pendant l'envoi/la réception de son ou de texte par une connexion de communication, effectue une connexion de communication par l'intermédiaire d'un réseau par paquets, c'est-à-dire un trajet de transmission de données, sans transmettre le son ni le texte par un réseau de communication mobile typique, ce qui permet une réduction des frais si un terminal récepteur est un téléphone intelligent en raison de l'absence de frais pour une telle transmission.
