Abstract

본 발명은 유기 반도체 화합물과 이의 제조방법 및 본 발명에 따른 유기 반도체 화합물을 단위체로 한 고분자 화합물과 이러한 고분자 화합물을 함유한 유기 반도체 장치를 제공하며, 상기 유기 반도체 화합물은 곁가지를 가지고 있어 용매에 잘 용해되어 용액 공정기반에 유용하고, 본 발명에 따른 고분자 화합물을 함유한 유기반도체 장치는 높은 효율을 가진다.
