Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 범퍼 백빔에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 사이드 멤버를 연결하는 합성수지재 백빔의 내부로 보강재를 삽입하되 백빔과 보강재를 서로 다른 곡률로 성형하여 내충격성을 향상시킴과 아울러 충격이 가해진 경우에 적정 변형을 유지하면서, 특히 사이드 멤버가 손상되는 것을 방지하도록 발명된 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 중앙부에 위치되는 임펙트부(50)와; 상기 임펙트부(50)의 양측 후방에 형성되어 차체의 사이드 멤버(90) 선단에 취부된 크래쉬박스(91)에 마운팅 고정되는 타워부(60)로 이루어지는 자동차 백빔(100)에 있어서, 상기 자동차 백빔(100)은 임펙트부(50)의 단면이 범퍼의 반대 내측을 향해 트여지는 내부공간(55)을 각각 갖도록 성형하고, 이 내부공간(55)에는 보강재(80)를 수납하되, 이 내부공간(55)과 보강재(80)는 백빔(100)보다 작은곡률(R1)로 성형하여 내부공간(55)과 보강재(80) 사이에 양측으로 여유공간(S)이 형성되도록 하는 것이다.
