Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un film composite (15c) pour sachet tubulaire (1), le film composite (15c) étant constitué de plusieurs couches (16b, 24a, 25a, 29) reliées ensemble, au moins une des couches (16b, 24a, 25a, 29) étant conçue comme une couche barrière (16b, 29) et au moins une autre couche (29) comprenant un évidement (30 ; 30a). Selon l'invention, le film composite (15c) est fabriqué par assemblage d'une première structure stratifiée (19) à une seconde structure stratifiée (22), la seconde structure stratifiée (22) comprend au moins une autre couche (29) et l'évidement (30 ; 30a) dans la ou les autres couches (29) est pratiqué dans la seconde structure stratifiée (22) avant l'assemblage à la seconde structure stratifiée (22). Une couche (29) pouvant être soumise à une forte contrainte mécanique et fabriquée au cours d'un procédé de soufflage est utilisée pour la seconde structure stratifiée de film (22).
