Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Homogenisierung des Laserstrahlprofils bei Prozessen unter Einsatz eines flüssigkeitsstrahlgeführten Lasers, bei dem der in einer Laserquelle (1) erzeugte Laserstrahl (2) in einen auf die zu bearbeitende Oberfläche gerichteten und aus einer Düse (6) austretenden Flüssigkeitsstrahl (7) mittels einer Fokussieroptik (4) eingekoppelt wird. Durch die Homogenisierung des LaserstrahIprofils kann die Bearbeitungsqualität bei Prozessen mit dem flüssigkeitsstrahlgeführten Laser verbessert werden.
